This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!! I took advantage of the 7 day like it or return it and I must say, it was still hassle free transactions! Online interface is convenient and they gave a great trade in offer on my vehicle. There were some cosmetic defects not noted online that Carvana was willing to cover having fixed through their insuranc trade in offer on my vehicle. This issue I had was with vehicle delivery delays and the rampant confusion with multiple lines of communication, always with a different rep. I was being told different info every time I called in, and the text notifications I received were often out of date or just wrong. The reps I spoke to were great but the system of not having a dedicated rep through the process is not ideal, especially if there are any delivery issues. More
