Very poor experience. I would speak to several carvana reps and there was no consistency in info. On 3 occasions my call was never returned after being confirmed a call back with my number. The vehicle reps and there was no consistency in info. On 3 occasions my call was never returned after being confirmed a call back with my number. The vehicle had an extended warranty and again, rep said no warranty which wasn’t true at all aS they try to sell me their extended warranty. The vehicle showed up and was not how you should expect a 48k truck to be cleaned. Crumbs, dirt, etc in seat cracks. In addition tires that have less than 25% on all 4 tires as well as a wireless phone charger that doesn’t work. I would say their 150 point inspection is pretty mediocre to say the least. More

The website was at times difficult and confusing to use. I was not efficiently/effectively instructed what documents were needed and when. A couple of the customer service reps were friendly, but spoke to I was not efficiently/effectively instructed what documents were needed and when. I sometimes got inconsistent information from the website, customer service reps I spoke with on the phone, and then employee I met in person at the car vending machine. More

Linzie delivered my car. She was very nice, but that was the only good part of this transaction. The car was delivered two days late, and I have no clue how the car passed Carvana's 150 point inspection! T the only good part of this transaction. The process was straightforward and easy. The only downside was, about two hours after accepting the car, check engine light came on.
