I like how every person we talked to was very polite and very professional. The only thing we didn't like was you are not able to do a joint account. We have been married for 30 yrs and all our cars have been in both names. Now that we are older and need only one car, we would have preferred both our names on the title. For that I give them only 4 stars. NOT COOL. Delivery was very smooth. Car looked great. We took a test drive and liked it even better. We still have a few papers to sign in person., so there is some contact. I am handicap and have a hard time walking the dealerships looking for a car. Looking online made it sooo much easier. We"ve only had the car a week...so far so good. More

The inside of my vehicle was FILTHY and someone had the nerve to put a sign on the rear view mirror saying vehicle sanitized. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to try and clean thing up to no nerve to put a sign on the rear view mirror saying vehicle sanitized. Finally i was offered $200.00 to be issued upon me deciding to keep the vehicle for the purpose of having it professional detailed Unacceptable!!!!!!!! More
The sheer incompetence of Carvana is amazing. Their process is only like four steps and the managed to fail at each one. They use a third-party called Plaid to verify funds in your bank account. Despite the pop-up showing I had sufficient funds it still generated an error. I contacted Carvana and the agent stated they were aware of this issue and had to open a ticket with their developers to resolve the issue. After getting my funds verified, my financing was switched from Capital1 to Carvana's in house financing. Had to contact Carvana to resolve the issue. Probably the most aggravating issue of all was insurance verification. I contacted my insurance and added the vehicle to my insurance with an effective date of the the purchase date however Carvana kept demanding proof of insurance and insisting that I provide copies of the insurance card prior to the effective date. Progressive, and common sense, stated that this was not possible however to keep the deal from collapsing I removed my car and added the new vehicle days ahead of time in order to get the new insurance card. So for 3 days my current car was uninsured, thanks Carvana. Moving along to my delivery, I get a notification after 8pm the day before my delivery saying it was pushed back to an undermined date. Rep stated car was accidentally shipped to another Carvana site a few hundred miles away and would have to be shipped back and offered me $25/day that the car was late and would be available in two days and I received a text from Carvana stating this. A day later I noticed on the Carvana app that my delivery had been pushed back another day. I called Carvana and rep told me that I was mistaken (despite having a text from Carvana) and offered me a flat $250 for the inconvenience. Also requested that a supervisor call me back, never received a call back. The delivery itself and the vehicle went fine however the driver stated the office had run out of title transfer forms and that the would FedEx one to me. The for was sent to me however the address and apartment number were wrong, fortunately the person that received it dropped it off to me. The address on the form inside the envelope was correct. Same thing receiving my title, address was correct but apartment number was wrong despite being correct on the title. While I did receive what is most likely the most money I would have received for my trade, the experience overall was so awful I would never buy a car from Carvana again. However, I would consider selling another car to them and buying elsewhere. More
I have used Carvana in the past and had a great experience. Unfortunately this experience was not great and I am afraid I will not use Carvana again. My initial delivery was cancelled and rescheduled 5 days later, and my delivery was not free and they refused to cover the cost of my delivery. They did say they would compensate me 25 dollars a day but I have yet to see that payment and I have had my car for 3 weeks. The day of delivery, I got a call at 930 saying "I am able to come early and I will see you by 1040." I moved my day around so I could be available in the morning instead of the afternoon. At 1115 I called to check in since I had not seen anyone and they had no record of someone changing my appointment. They stated that detailing was backed up so my car would actually be delivered later then the original appointment in the afternoon. My car was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago so how is detailing what is holding us up? The actual delivery was great and the person delivering my car was wonderful. The car itself was DISGUSTING. I had to clean the inside and the outside twice before I was able to decide if I wanted to keep the car. If I had not traded in a car I would have returned this car and gone to the dealership but it was way too complicated with the trade in to swap back. I can not believe it was detailing that held up my delivery, when it was very clear the car had not been detailed. I have pictures of dust, dirt and grime all over the car that I had to clean myself. I have reached out this week 2-3 times via text to follow up on when my trade in payment will come through and have not heard back from anyone in 2 days. More
Great vehicle but engine light came in within a week just after 400 miles.. Mostly smooth... but some inconsistencies with what was outlined as the process and what actually happened. The financing and choosing a car was super easy (and the car matched the description). I know a couple of people that have purchased through Carvana and picked up the vehicle themselves. They reported a completely smooth experience. I did Direct Delivery and can't say that it was smooth, nor was it worth the additional charges to wait with no feedback on timing and have a flakey delivery. Registration process hasn't been seamless; I'd prefer to have done this part myself than deal with the hiccups. Overall, I appreciated the ease of buying a car, but I'm not entirely sure I'd recommend this experience to a friend (unless it was an extremely patient, laid-back friend). More

One thing which concerned me was the communication within your company. The AI which responded to my question, sometimes did not answer accurately and I had to call. Also, there sometimes seem to have been a communication gap between different departments thus I thought there is a space of improvement on how to rely the status of the customer’s deal. For example, although I did send a document by FedEx which you receipt of the document was confirmed by your staff, other staff of other department asked for the same document. Regardless of what I have mentioned here above I am satisfied with the service provided by you. More
