Purchasing a car through Carvana was overall a pretty good experience. There was some hiccups with verifying my income, since I am a freelancer, but Jessica, Amanda and another nice lady in CS helped m good experience. There was also a week delay in getting my car delivered, due to driver shortage, but it wasn't more than that and not that big a deal. Rick/Driver/Deliver was very friendly and professional. He waited while I took the car for a spin and went over the paperwork and want to expect next, when I returned. The people at Carvana overall delivered exceptional service. And I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my 2018, VW Tiguan, SEL PREMIUM!!! The price could not be beat (I took my car in to be looked over at my local VW dealership, because it was my 1st time buying a used car and I wanted to be sure all was in order. The VW service tech was amazed I was able to purchase the car in such excellent condition, with less that 9K miles and at a price that was almost a steal) I found the car at 2am on the Carvana website, selected the purchase and by later that day, before noon, all was in order!!! I did it all from the comfort of my bed, pretty much! It's too bad they do not offer new cars, but I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely would recommend Carvana to others looking for quality used cars, with no hassle, and I certainly would use them again if I need another car in the future! More

I have mixed feelings. I ended up getting what I wanted and a at decent price, but it took 50 days with multiple delays, and a cross country delivery.
