I was really worried about doing this over the internet but I would do it again Service is great . My only downfall was I kept losing the website and getting oops so not sure if that was my laptop or inter but I would do it again Service is great . The best choice I ever made! Got the car I wanted in the colors I wanted and a terrific price especially compared to my local dealership ($7,000 less for same car). This worked out perfectly for me. Got a good deal for my trade-in, and the delivery driver was excellent. Joelle‘s service was impeccable. Everything was easy and going great until the car arrived with damage that was not documented on the website. In order to get it fixed, they wanted me to go get an estimate from their in network repair cent with damage that was not documented on the website. In order to get it fixed, they wanted me to go get an estimate from their in network repair center, then go back to have it repaired once it was approved. I would have more than 3 hours of travel time to complete the process and then be without the car for a day or two until the repairs were completed. They should have sent a car detailer to just buff out the scuff. Huge disappointment in their customer service, More
