My Carvana experience was pretty good, a solid 4/5. The car was ready at my pick-up time and was clean. All of the employees I worked with were professional and polite and they answered all of my questions car was ready at my pick-up time and was clean. The car was completely out of windshield washer fluid and the tire pressure was super low, around 20 PSI for each tire. Actually the car had been driven with low tire pressure for a while which damaged the tires. I have to replace the front ones even though my car only has 10k miles on it, which will cost me a couple hundred bucks. This tells me they didn't actually perform the 150 point inspection they claim to do. Overall, it was better than a dealership experience and despite the tire issue with my new car, I would consider Carvana again. More

I would suggest making sure that the basic mechanical needs (ex. brakes, oil change, alignment, etc) of the car are Carvana and the process was easy. I love my new vehicle and my experience was great. From financing to the drop off all was smooth. My vehicle arrived earlier than expected which was a plus.
