I love my Honda CR-V and had a wonderful buying experience with Carvana. I have recommended Carvanc to everyone I talk to who is thinking of buying a vehicle. Carvana was very professional and seemed to genuinely care that you have a stress free car buying experience. The only complaint I have is that there was a mixup with my delivery date so I did have to wait an additional 2 weeks. I was told Carvana would possibly make amends for this inconvenience, but I have yet to hear from them. More

Communication was great, customer service was great. It took me awhile to find just the right car but, once I did, the process was simple and painless. From selecting the car, to financing, to arranging for pickup of the vehicle, everything was super easy an did, the process was simple and painless. I was especially surprised at how quickly I was able to physically pick up the vehicle. It was just myself and CeCe. She had everything ready before I arrived. I literally was there for only about 10 minutes, and that's only because I took a bunch of picture and videos of the process. I won't be buying a used car ANY other way from this point forward. More
