Actually dealt with Danvas MA - dont remember dealing with anyone from AZ. This survey should ask more questions than the generic- such as the car bought had more imperfections than listed when it was f with anyone from AZ. The battery failed and had to be replaced and the valve cover is leaking oil. None of these items were in the stellar "150 point inspection". Want a great rating for someone paying over $20K for a used vehicle. Give them excellent customer service- not waiting sometimes hours to talk to an agent. Represent the car fairly and not use hyberbole. I would be hard pressed to make a referral based on my experience. Maybe that is why the stock holders are happy? More

Where do I start. My car delivery was rescheduled 3x. It took a month to get my car. Then when I finally got it my steering wheel leather was messed up. They agreed to fix that. Then I got my payment info f took a month to get my car. Then when I finally got it my steering wheel leather was messed up. They agreed to fix that. Then I got my payment info from bridge crest and it was approx $70 higher. They can’t figure out why...my trade in amount was also incorrect which would have left me with a balance on my old car...so now my loan has to be “rebuilt” which could take 2 months...I then was told I need to save my monthly payments so when the loan is done being rebuilt I can pay all my payments at once...needless to say this was the most hassle I’ve had to go through for a car. Hassle free is the motto...Ahahaha ya right! Now on to Carvana’s follow up..it’s literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. Idk how many times I called and texted with you guys. It was literally everyday or more then once a day. I was told countless times I would get a follow up call or email and got none. Not one. I even had an employee give me her email. Alyssia Siddall and said she would follow up via email. She told me once there was no more info on my car then just flat out stopped responding. Don’t give me your email and then not answer. She was the best service I received, which says a lot cuz she was horrible. She at-least emailed me back one time the rest of Carvana couldn’t even be bothered. Over all my experience from beginning to end (well it’s not over yet) was terrible I’ll never tell anyone to do business here. More
Much better than dealing with a traditional dealer. I was able to complete 99%of the process at home and there was no high pressures sales person involved. A huge win in my book. This is my second car from Carvana. I honestly won’t purchase a car any other way now. The quality of the vehicle is one thing; but the service you receive is above and beyond. Hey guys I just want to say this was way I mean way better then going to a dealership because I have picked out the same year make and model and the bad news was the other dealership did not inspect th better then going to a dealership because I have picked out the same year make and model and the bad news was the other dealership did not inspect the vehicle which turned me away from the sale. The car at the dealership I will not mention, a few things were not working which made me question all they wanted to do was take my money and not worried about my safety and that was a red flag but thanks to the heavenly Carvana to step in and make things super easy for me and Lara the one who dropped off the car was an amazing person like she loved what she do. I would gladly tell my friends and family that Carvana is a trusted company and I feel confident that my car will continue to be taken care of by the Carvana care as well. Thanks again Carvana I love your company and your generosity as well to give me a great experience. God bless your company and you all take care. More
