We're a one-car family and when that car died an extravagant, sudden death, we went to a dealership to test drive models before shopping on Carvana. We financed through our credit union and the only delay was between the lender and Carvana, which meant we didn't get the car as early as we hoped. We bought a 6YO car and have ZERO buyer's remorse. Even our mechanic, who had offered to look over any car we were considering, told us not to worry about buying from Carvana. My only complaint was that when I called to check on the delay of the delivery I didn't get a satisfactory answer and nobody returned my call. However, once delivery was rescheduled the car arrived on time and the woman who delivered it was fantastic. More

Love my new car! Would purchase from Carvana again. I would love to see more/easier options for payment. I wanted to combine down payment and financing options and it was a confusing process.
