This is my first time buying from Carvana. It was a great experience right before the engine light and low oil light came on during my day 4 of 7 trial period/test drive. I quickly took it to Quick Lube Expr experience right before the engine light and low oil light came on during my day 4 of 7 trial period/test drive. I quickly took it to Quick Lube Express and they informed my that whoever previously changed the oil installed the oil filter incorrectly, which explains the low oil light coming on. They checked the air filters which were both filthy and needed replacing. Then the mechanic informed us that the engine wiring harness was damaged. Needless to say, I was not happy considering Carvana claimed to have completed a 150 point inspection. How was all this missed? After a quick call to Carvana they said to contact Silver Rock who manages their warranty. They informed me to take it to a dealer of my choice regarding the the wiring harness. Silver Rock is reimbursing me for the cost of my trip to quick lube express and taking care of the wiring harness. I asked the dealership to conduct their multi-point inspection to determine if I had in fact purchased a lemon. They reassured me that the vehicle is solid. Carvana’s saving grace is in fact Silver Rock, which will be with me for the next 4 years with a $0 deductible. Carvana’s customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. The delivery driver was awesome and was able to adjust the delivery time due to an unforeseen meeting. The paperwork was prepared and took less than five minutes to complete. They worked with me on extending my trial period while my issues were getting resolved with Silver Rock, to ensure I was was satisfied with my purchase. Overall I am satisfied and will consider Carvana because of Silver Rock for my next car which will be soon since I have a teenager driving in a few months. More

My previous experience in selling a vehicle to this deal in the past, was much easier and less frustrating than purchasing a vehicle recently. Ongoing communication by Carvana during the purchase and deliv in the past, was much easier and less frustrating than purchasing a vehicle recently. Ongoing communication by Carvana during the purchase and delivery process needs improvement. All telephone support (under Covid conditions), is remote and spotty, and they have limited knowledge or authority to act on your requests. Way too long of music on hold while the support individuals text individuals responsible to facilitate various documents, procedures required during the various stages of purchasing the vehicle. Vehicle arrive exactly at the time promised. The driver was friendly, informed and ready to assist in any way possible. Interior cleanliness of vehicle at delivery was 'fair' at best!! Tire pressure had not been checked (so much for the Carvana inspection team) readings were 41, 37, 32 & 31 psi!!! In spite of the above, and in comparison to the hassle of 'armed warfare' when purchasing a vehicle at a dealer, this is a much more pleasant way to purchase and sell a vehicle. Less aggravation with Carvana for sure! More

I was skeptical about using Carvana, but in the end, I feel as if this has been the best experience I've ever had at buying a car. It was easy to trade in, buy, and even the registration is being handled. feel as if this has been the best experience I've ever had at buying a car. Even though I have a small issue with the vehicle, that's being taken care of with the warranty that's provided after purchase.
