This has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The Advocates were helpful, kept us updated through the whole process, and easy to access. We arrived at the vending location in Brandon Fl 1. end. The Advocates were helpful, kept us updated through the whole process, and easy to access. We arrived at the vending location in Brandon Fl 1.5 hours early in case of traffic. The advocate there had our car ready as well as all the paperwork....no waiting! We had our Explorer inspected by our mechanic as recommended by Carvana and our credit union. His conclusion.....”you’ve got a great car”! We couldn’t be happier! More

This is my second vehicle purchased from Carvana and I'm very satisfied with the whole buying and trading process from start to finish. I did send one vehicle back just because I didn't like the way it drov very satisfied with the whole buying and trading process from start to finish. I did send one vehicle back just because I didn't like the way it drove, nothing wrong with the vehicle, just didn't fit me and all was done with no issues and in a timely manner. I think this is by far the best way to buy a used vehicle!! More
