My second purchase was very good, but I learned a lot from the first one, which was very bad. Let me share my wisdom, so your car purchase can be a good one too! My first car was a nightmare, but it was not Carvana inspected. Second, be sure take the car to the dealer's service department within your 7 days (the sooner the better) and let Carvana know anything that is amiss I did this and they allowed all the repairs which totaled $1953. That would have been out of my pocket just after buying the car, so it was well worth the $150 I paid the car dealer to go through the car. Finally, I do want to say about 98% of the people I dealt with from Carvana were amazing, respectful and very helpful. Because of this, my second purchase rated 5 stars. I would buy from Carvana again and recommend it, but only with the first two contingencies. Hope this is helpful. More

I am very happy with my car. I do feel that I could have used a little more guidance when it was delivered. It arrived at 8:00 PM so I was only able to drive it around the block while your delivery person used a little more guidance when it was delivered. I first thought there was a problem with the video screen for Carplay, but when I googled Carplay, I learned that I needed to restart my phone. That worked like a charm!
