The process was super easy. But my car did show up with problems. Their was no charger and they also forgot my temp plates. My second purchase was very good, but I learned a lot from the first one, which was very bad. Let me share my wisdom, so your car purchase can be a good one too! First, avoid purchasing any car that has an inspection which is provided through a third party agency. These are noted on the sales page. My first car was a nightmare, but it was not Carvana inspected. Second, be sure take the car to the dealer's service department within your 7 days (the sooner the better) and let Carvana know anything that is amiss I did this and they allowed all the repairs which totaled $1953. That would have been out of my pocket just after buying the car, so it was well worth the $150 I paid the car dealer to go through the car. Finally, I do want to say about 98% of the people I dealt with from Carvana were amazing, respectful and very helpful. Because of this, my second purchase rated 5 stars. I would buy from Carvana again and recommend it, but only with the first two contingencies. Hope this is helpful. More

I am very happy with my car. I do feel that I could have used a little more guidance when it was delivered. It arrived at 8:00 PM so I was only able to drive it around the block while your delivery person used a little more guidance when it was delivered. I was sent links to some on-line videos, and that was how I learned about many of the features. I first thought there was a problem with the video screen for Carplay, but when I googled Carplay, I learned that I needed to restart my phone. That worked like a charm! The whole process was very simple and easy; much better than having to haggle with a salesman at a dealership. They are taking care of the registration process which I'm grateful for. My husband had previously sold his car to Carvana so we knew a little about the process. We will definitely use them again if we decide we need a newer car in a few years. They also took care of the financing. All in all a very good experience!! More

I bought a car through Carvana this month. They postponed our delivery three times due to different reasons. Once we finally received the car, the brakes and battery needed to be replaced and the check engin our delivery three times due to different reasons. Once we finally received the car, the brakes and battery needed to be replaced and the check engine light came on after 3 days of regular driving. The customer service is good, they always answer with little wait. We are now happy with our vehicle but not as convenient or quick as they claim. More
