I did have to put new tires on it, but I recognized that when I picked up the car. The price and especially the mileage - 2018 with 24,100 miles made it worth it to spend the money. I was expecting to when I picked up the car. The price and especially the mileage - 2018 with 24,100 miles made it worth it to spend the money. I was expecting to have to put some money into it, after I had purchased it, and it turned out less than what I anticipated. Did not deliver car to me, had to go pick it up, but it was only a couple of miles away, so not a big deal. More

I spoke with multiple people on the phone and explained I wanted to keep my old plates and just transfer them to new vehicle. Also said this to gentleman when I picked up the new vehicle and he made me fill out paperwork to do the plate transfer. Got my new registration in mail and it is not for my old plates and they sent me new ones. I have personalized plates. That is why I wanted them transferred. The response from Carvana was I have to go to motor vehicle and fix it. Sure, I can just take a day off from work to go fix your mistake. No problem. Also, the little issues with the car on the website when purchasing, like light scratches on paint or chip here were correct. But definitely did not list everything with vehicle. Found plenty of other issues or broken things. Not enough for me to return it but just a pain because now I have to pay and get these little issues fixed. When talking to staff on the phone during the buying process, everyone was great. Problem was, I had to initiate the calls to find out info and progress. No one reached out to me. And there were some issues, so thankfully I did keep calling to find out what was going on. More
I was very disappointed in my purchase experience. This was my second time using Carvana and the experience was disappointing. The car I originally tried to purchase was not available because Carvana This was my second time using Carvana and the experience was disappointing. The car I originally tried to purchase was not available because Carvana did not have the title to the car. The second car I that I ultimately purchased was delayed one week due to a logistical issue. The bank informed me that payment was still due even though I did not have the vehicle in my possession. Luckily theWhen I did receive the car, the car was filthy inside and needed a carwash outside. The car was not detailed. There was an imperfection that was not mentioned on the site. The warranty company offered to fix the car. I was offered a $100 credit to have the car detailed which I accepted. I am owed the difference in the shipping fees from the first vehicle, which cost more than the car I ultimately purchased which was promised after the initial 7 day period. The customer service was very good and it is the only reason I finished the purchase. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and attempted to assist me in any way they could. More

Carvana simply took the car and made sure the car pass the inspection. After performing a full inspection, all these issues reappeared. I had contracted their CarvanaCare Premier, but they simply told the repair facility those fixed weren't covered (brakes, shocks, alignment). When trying to swap car, a complicated process because of the insurance (the one they recommended and partnered with). Excellent customer service to apologize and send links. Horrible customer service to take responsibility and find solutions. Carvana? Never again. More
I recently purchased a 13 mini cooper JCW from Carvana last week. Carvana did call to explain the car wasnt up t carvana standards cosmetically. I went down there and looked at the car as they pointed out last week. Carvana did call to explain the car wasnt up t carvana standards cosmetically. I went down there and looked at the car as they pointed out the flaws(this is a 10year old vehicle so i accepted it). It had 2 warning lights before i even got out of the concord location and a bad shake at 45mph. I had a certified BMW/Mini specialist look at the car and i was shocked when i got the report. Problems were: Aftermarket exhaust with holes in it(exhaust leaks), Front brake pads are worn so bad to set a warning light/LR rim is bent/ cabin and engine air filters are horrible/there is a draw on the battery. I wanted carvana to fix these issues because i love the car and don't want to return it, but i was told this was not an option. So i have the mini set up to return and i swapped it out for another mini(this time having to pay $590 for shipping). The current Mini passed a NC state inspection done by carvana right before sale. Keep in mind that exhaust leaks and worn brake pads don't wear out over a few days. I'm really concerned about how carvana does state inspections in North Carolina as this car shouldn't have passed the safety inspection. The employees at carvana that i've spoken to are great but none of them can even waive the $590 shipping fee for all the trouble i have gone through. I'm not returning the car because i dont like it, but because it would cost me money to make it safe. Even though i'm really upset about having to return the current Mini, i'm ok with the new one that is coming, i just wish Carvana would work with me. I do have all the documents to support this review. More
