Only a 2 star because the only good thing about the dealership was the price of the car. The bad and ugly side is the constant paperwork nightmare that you can supply over and over but the advocates st dealership was the price of the car. After spending 3 hours on the phone with an advocate and my bank "USAA" for a security agreement that was a already filled out, it was the USAA representative basically walking the advocate through the process and explaining things slowly that even a first day advocate could figure it out. So now, Carvana is requesting my security agreement for the 4th time. Is this a joke?. I started this car buying experience on 3/2/2021. After uploading all of the paperwork within a day, my first advocate dropped the ball on the processing side and it was a sign of things to come. Here it is on the 4th of May and my registration paperwork is still in process with no end in sight!!!. This car buying experience has turned into a nightmare. You can't blame COVID over and over and eclectic to get away with it. Where is the accountability on Carvana's side? I just want my registration. Is that so hard? Steve Kelly Denver, Colorado More

First time buying a vehicle sight unseen, but so far with Carvana it might not be my last. Selected a 2018 BMW i3 Rex from inventory. Showed to have 5 defects which was some seat wear and some body scratches Carvana it might not be my last. Selected a 2018 BMW i3 Rex from inventory. Showed to have 5 defects which was some seat wear and some body scratches. When examined, they were less conspicuous than the pictures showed. The delivery person however pointed out to me immediately some scratches on a rear quarter-panel that had occurred somewhere in transportation. Said if I wanted to reject the car for that I could or Carvana would repair for no charge. These scratches were worse than the others already identified. After further inspection of the vehicle, I found it to be in excellent condition. So I told him I would accept the repair. He took pictures and turned it in. In less than 24 hours I had already received an email from SilverRock to take it to a shop for a no-charge repair. Appointment for that later this week. As far as the communications leading up to delivery, which was about 10 days, and afterwards, I don't think 48 hours elapsed without either a email or text with status. So far, so good! If repairs of the scratches are handled with no hassle from SilverRock, I can only be convinced that this is a great way to purchase a vehicle. I might add that I had considered more than five other local BWM dealership CPO vehicles and Carvana was competitive on all occasions. The selection from Carvana was better over the several weeks I was actually looking than the local dealerships. More

This process was ridiculously easy and straightforward - like it actually blows my mind. I knew a few other people who had already gone through the process and they assured me that I would be happy going th like it actually blows my mind. They delivered the vehicle directly to me within the delivery window (just in time for my trip to the coast) and everything was as they stated. I bought a 2016 BMW 535i xDrive with only 13.5k miles for $35k. I would have never found a deal like that going to used car dealerships/outfits. I recommend identifying the vehicle that you want to buy, then looking it up on Carvana using their filters to find the lowest mileage/best deal as they aggregate all that info for you and you can filter it down to isolate the perfect vehicle for you - which is exactly what I did and I could not be happier. I would recommend Carvana to anyone and everyone - and I have been! More

I purchased a 2020 jeep compass trailhawk from Carvana. It was listed about 7k under kelly blue book value. I am very pleased with my purchase. I had some small concerns, including the interior not being completely cleaned, and the front license plate being mounted off center and inappropriately, but the associate I spoke with was very helpful. I didn't feel like any updates were pushed on me at any time and it completely removed the typical "sales room pressure" from the car buying experience. The only hold up I had was with my bank, which Carvana assisted personally to get past. I will definitely be purchasing from Carvana again in the future. More
