The issue i resolved it by my own and cost me more than 3000, and the warranty that I'm paying is not worth because, I'm gonna tell exact what the silver rock repair shops told me i went to 3 because the light of oil was on and they told me when i told i was from silver rock warranty they ask me what car immediately i told them it was a subaru they told me oh we don't do it without the silver rock mechanic and he is only 1 day at the week and in this shop we don't have the tools 3 shop Monroe i was not gonna be damaging more my car so the last one i went he just told me go to a subaru dealer we don't see does cars so i went directly to a subaru dealer and that's when i knew what happened it had a oil leak and other stuff related to the motor.

Dear Carvana, Your specialists didn't fix the issue. I had too. This entire process was off the rails from the beginning, starting with my first advocate Dominic. As you can see everything that I uploaded was within a days notice from you requesting it but this process is now over 2 months old. If I went to a regular dealer, this paperwork would have been completed that same day and I would have my registration paperwork, BEFORE my temp plate expired. Actions speak louder then words and apologies are just an excuse. Once again, I uploaded the requested paperwork within a day but we will have to see if you get to disappoint again. I'm not holding my breath on this one. It was just over a month ago that I was notified that my paperwork was sent off to a third party for the registration to be completed and I'm guessing that in June, I'll hear from you again with the same notice. My only request from you that I want to make is that can you please expedite my registration paperwork. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. Thank you
