Very unimpressed with the experience. Financing required multiple calls per day for almost a solid week to both Carvana and my bank, the automated emails I got didn't match what I was told on the phone (and multiple calls per day for almost a solid week to both Carvana and my bank, the automated emails I got didn't match what I was told on the phone (and the pickup confirmation emails had a variable name in them where the address was supposed to be), the vehicle was delayed two separate times on the scheduled day of pickup, it was supposed to be in the vending machine and wasn't, and it was filthy when I picked it up. Good customer service. However, they delayed vehicles I was trying to buy TWICE. The second time they didn’t let me know until the day I was supposed to get the vehicle. Absolutely incredible experience. Even though my delivery was delayed a week, they compensated me each day it was late. The process could not have been easier. I will never buy a car from a dealership again! was delayed a week, they compensated me each day it was late. The process could not have been easier. I will never buy a car from a dealership again! During my 7 day trial, I brought the car to a nearby dealership where they did $800 worth of maintenance and carvana covered every cent and the dealership said the car was in mint condition. I highly recommend carvana! More
