Great experience! The delivery driver was very nice and the car was nice. Excellent buying experience. The only problem I had was the car listing included valet, but someone has tore out the antenna render the car was nice. Excellent buying experience. What can I say, he was fast and easy. The delivery guy was very nice. Brought it right to my driveway unloaded it we signed the papers and he was gone. Best car buying experience ever. I spent $52k on a suv from Carvana. I have mixed feelings with Carvana thus far. The customer service has been GREAT. no real complaints to write about other than the hold time or response time is feelings with Carvana thus far. Once you get someone on the phone their attitude and willingness to help is outstanding. --The car-- Many issues with the exterior of the car, some were pointed out by the advocate at delivery (which he started the paperwork on getting it fixed). Other issues I found, and the warranty company that Carvana vends out to will have to deal with the problems. It is yet to be determined how the warranty company handles legit issues. silver rock is the company that Carvana uses. hopefully all works well. I just passed the 7 day return More
