As of today 4/24/21 no one has seem to help, they keep bouncing me from left to right giving me excuses of what is needed. Spoke with Silver Rock & they said Carvana needs to approve the wheel for them to cover under the claim. as of this date no one has called and my vette that I bought almost 3 weeks ago still in the shop with more broken issues. Carvana giving my shop Auto Nation Service manager hard time on this claim. The senior manager Travis has been very hard to work with. Carvana send me an email saying this should had been fix while doing the 150 inspections point they apparently do, which At This point is all a lied. Now they refusing this wheel issue. A huge advise do not purchase ANY vehicle from them they look gorgeous outside but they all have engine issues. My vette was my dream car right now after 3 week i only drove it the first week after that has been at the dealer ever since getting tons of things fix.
