Traded in my old car for another one on Carvana. Overall it was a decent experience. My 3* review is based solely on the fact they advertised the car as keyless entry and when I got it they current key it was a decent experience. My 3* review is based solely on the fact they advertised the car as keyless entry and when I got it they current key didn't even work without setting off the alarm, so 2 missed work days and 150 miles of driving back and forth to the dealership to get it sorted I finally have a working key for this car. Sadly, Carvana will probably keep my down payment and offer no reimbursement for the hassle I had to deal with just to get a functioning car that should have been functioning as soon as it was unloaded off the truck. I will never buy another car from Carvana, My corVette came with a wheel issue and they refused to fix. when at 2nd week the vette was at the dealer already, also came with a gas leak. I drove from Omaha, Nebraska to Kansas City to pick up my car. When I was halfway to Kansas City (after an hour 1/2 of driving), they called me to tell me the oil needed changed and could not be done the sam car. When I was halfway to Kansas City (after an hour 1/2 of driving), they called me to tell me the oil needed changed and could not be done the same day I was picking up the car. They gave me $100 in gift cards so that I could take my car and get the oil changed. The gift cards were not enough to cover the oil change. I had to drive around a city that I do not live in and find an appropriate mechanic to change the oil on my car which took about an hour and a half. I further realized that one of the key fobs does not work and it is $300 to fix. They clearly did not look the car over before selling it. I bought a car and immediately had $400+ to pay in extras that should have been covered by Carvana. More

My car had damage when delivered to the hub. After numerous conversations with customer care advocates, they were unable to contact the hub in Las Vegas. After a week plus, an advocate was informed by a manager that the hub was closed for construction. It took well over a week for them to schedule the simple repair. On multiple occasions, I had a return call scheduled that did not materialise. All in all, I think customer service did a good job. The poor experience can be laid on the lap of management. The process to purchase the vehicle took about a month. More
