It took about three weeks to be able to view the photos. The wait was worth it. We were very pleased with the purchase process. Carvana also addressed all our concerns before, during and after the purchase. There were some post-purchase issues that Carvana addressed and resolved. More

My delivery was 3 days late and the vehicle was super dirty. It had bugs all over it and mud all under it, I Was told I would get a voucher for a car wash and never received one. The vehicle's interior photos ended up being of another vehicle, not the one I bought. There was damage that was undisclosed although this may have been caused by a 3rd party transporter, this too is still vehicle, not the one I bought. I initially had to wait 8 days for delivery and up to the day before arrival I was told that everything was on time and my scheduled delivery would be on time. Later that day I was informed to call Carvana about a "problem" with my delivery date. I was then informed that due to unknown circumstances my vehicle never departed it's original location and now delivery would be an additional 9 days! I was given multiple excuses, none of which made sense. Let it be noted I had to call them so many times just to get answers that I lost track of how many. After finally arriving what was 17 days from initial purchase, the vehicle was covered in scratches all along the bottom trim from front to back on both sides. In addition, the rear bumper had numerous (50+) paint chips across it's entirety. After what seems like 100 more calls (mostly initiated by me) just to get answers much less corrective action on the damage I started the painful processof dealing with their insurance company Silver Rock. They are painfully slow in responding to me or the repair facilities and trying to get reimbursed for my rental car is just a joke!! It has been over a month since my initial purchase and to date my car is still being repaired. Ironically Carvana had no problem taking my down-payment and now my 1st months car payment all while I have still yet been able to drive my car!!! It was very easy, and most people I dealt with were very helpful. My car was not clean upon arrival. The outside had mud all over it, and the inside was not vacuumed or wiped down.
