The whole process was a breeze. Totally couldn't believe it was so easy! Delivery was great, the delivery guys were knowledgeable and very nice. The car was great, had a couple small issues, one of which th it was so easy! Delivery was great, the delivery guys were knowledgeable and very nice. The car was great, had a couple small issues, one of which the delivery driver pointed out. Now just waiting on appointment with dealership to get them fixed. Overall great experience and I would recommend Carvana to anyone! More

We ended up receiving three cars until we kept one. The first car we received was filthy. I cleaned the car myself as soon as it was received given the condition it was in. The previous owner had a sticky first car we received was filthy. I cleaned the car myself as soon as it was received given the condition it was in. The previous owner had a sticky substance spill in the center and when I asked about a couple areas that were visibly grimey, the technician stated that I would probably have to clean it with a toothpick. When I opened the center console, it actually had not been touched. I cleaned out dental floss, old money that was stuck in the sticky substance, garbage, dirty/old napkins. Ended up returning. The second car we received was ok; still a little dirty but better. However, most concerning was when we took it to a trusted mechanic. One look was taken at the car and they could tell the car was in an accident and the entire front end of the car had been totaled and rebuilt. That actually gave us a reason as to why the driver door and the passenger door didn’t close smoothly. The third car we ended up keeping. Overall, disappointed with Carvana and the hustle of the two cars we received and did not keep. Unlikely to use again and unlikely to recommend. More

This was hands down, the easiest, most convenient way Ive ever purchased a car. The car was delivered right to my doorstep, and the driver even replaced the battery in the extra key that came with the vehicl ever purchased a car. It took a bit of searching on the site to see what we really wanted, but in a matter of time we found it and really have enjoyed driving it and love the seven day trial.
