It took a bit of searching on the site to see what we really wanted, but in a matter of time we found it and really have enjoyed driving it and love the seven day trial. Easy to purchase. After that customer service is terrible. 8 months and no plates. Website is terrible for customer questions. They say transparency is theri motto. It's not - financing uses there own credit scoring so don't look to your credit scores from the credit agency for a guideline. Long hold times getting to a customer advocate. And just got hung-up on by SilverRock customer support while asking a question. Makes one want to go back to the dealers for the next purchase. More

My delivery was rescheduled THREE times. On the final reschedule, I told myself I would not tolerate any more of the bad business. The day of the delivery, the delivery guy calls and tells me that he's r reschedule, I told myself I would not tolerate any more of the bad business. The day of the delivery, the delivery guy calls and tells me that he's running behind schedule, but will arrive at my home about an hour late. He calls back a few minutes later and tells me that he just drove the car and the brakes are squeaking very loudly and the car needs a brake job. REALLY??? YOU'RE TELLING ME THIS AN HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY???? IVE TAKEN OFF WORK. IVE MADE PLANS TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY. NOT ONCE BUT THREE TIMES NOW!!!!! WHAT ABOUT THE 150 POINT INSPECTION YOU CLAIM TO DO???? WHAT ELSE IS WRONG WITH THE CAR THAT YOU HAVEN'T BOTHERED TO CHECK???? I HATE CARVANA AND WILL CONTINUE TO SPEAK ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THEIR SERVICE IS. AVOID CARVANA AT ALL COSTS!!!! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE A MONTH TO BUY AND RECEIVE A CAR!!! More
