Through 71 years, I've bought many cars since my very first, a 1970 AMX. Seems to me that the car-buying experience has gotten worse and more difficult with every year since. Last week at my son's suggestion, I bought my wife a new vehicle on Carvana. The Carvana experience was BY FAR the easiest and most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had. The car purchase took minutes. The delivery happened on schedule. The car was as advertised and my wife loves it. Everyone we've worked with at Carvana was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Carvana. It will remain my first option and one I will suggest to my friends. More

I bought a 2016 Camry from Carvana. So far, the car is fine. The purchasing experience was sometimes easy and sometimes not. The car was listed as a Camry SE, showed up as a XLE. The car was not fully cleaned when we went for pick it up, and their was a loose panel underneath the front of the car that needed to be fixed, and they fixed it before we left. More

First time buying a car -- 2017 Ford Escape. I'm so happy! Pickup: Super fast, easy, the guy was really nice about answering my questions. He told me something was wrong with the brakes and also let the company know. Fixing the brakes: This process was super easy. The next day I went to the auto shop and they fixed it in a day. SilverRock and Carvana took care of everything! Fixing the cosmetics: At this point (within the 7 days) I informed them that there is a cosmetic issue. They told me about a body shop and currently have an appointment to get it fixed. Once again, the company took care of everything! (I have carvana care btw) Customer Service: They are super nice and quick to address the issues with solutions. Some other reviews complained about the wait, but duh.. we're only human. There are so many calls we can answer. THANK YOU CARVANA More

Process went super smooth and easy. Website was well designed and mostly bug free (slightly buggy on iPad). Communication was top notch. Car was exactly as advertised. So much more enjoyable than tradit designed and mostly bug free (slightly buggy on iPad). Communication was top notch. Car was exactly as advertised. The only thing I'd change id that the option to opt-out of the warranty during the purchase is designed to really nudge the buyer towards taking it, with a tiny opt-out at the bottom. Just beware that you can in fact opt-out of their warranty. More

The sale process was nice and eas. Unfortunate we had to use the warranty in the 1st week to replace 2 bad tires. Had the battery tested after the 7th day only to find that it was a bad one and has to be r use the warranty in the 1st week to replace 2 bad tires.
