Well, if you look at the photos, the paint had been damaged by some kind of chemical or naturally corrosive substance that ate into the paint in numerous locations and is clearly not normal wear and tear. And now the lack of timely response to Caliber Collision by Silverock greatly extended the time I have been required to rent a replacement vehicle, now looking like two weeks worth of rental charges.
