Horrible experience from start to finish. Incompetent staff, long wait times on the phone, different person every time you call. We had a car selected, a cashier's check uploaded to the system, followed staff, long wait times on the phone, different person every time you call. We had a car selected, a cashier's check uploaded to the system, followed all of their buying instructions. Carvana had one job to do... verify the check. They said they'd take care of it and that we were all set. Of course they never verified the check, the time ran out on the deal, and without us even knowing, they released the car and SOLD IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! I'm sure Carvana could care less because they still made a sale, but I will make it mission to let everyone I know about this outrageous situation. NEVER AGAIN!!! More

My old car was not running and I really did not have anyone to help drive me around to dealerships to shop. But I had to have a vehicle that was dependable. From the very beginning - when the search began to the delivery of my Ford Escape, I can't imagine anything that could have been better. The follow through, when the decision was made, was so well taken care of. I have spoken to several of your Advocates, about various things and not one was anything but professional!!Each episode always left me with an assurance of my decision to use Carvana. Soon after my car was delivered, my son and daughter-in-law also used Carvana to purchase a vehicle. They get delivery in a couple of days of their MiniCooper.
