Not only was it delayed more than a day, the next earliest schedule was 9-10 days out unless I paid extra to get it delivered to the Carvana lot for 599 which was 4-5 days out. The vending machine was operable the day of pick up. When I showed up someone else was getting their truck from the vending machine. And I was given the excuse that it didn’t fit when the truck being picked up was larger than what I got. I got offered the $25 a day refund totaling to $150 after the 7 day period which I believe should have been more especially after having to pay to get get the car not as late as it would have been.

Update: 6/23/21 I have contacted Carvana multiple times since I heard back from this review. They promised $100 check for the bad experience. After multiple contacts and being told the same thing every time, I’m just getting be run around. This attempt to right a wrong has only made it worse with each contact I make trying to get what was promised. Every time it’s the same song and dance being told it’s being sent and will take 10-15 business days. But here I am 90 days later and still being told the same thing just to hear back a month from now the same thing.
