Easy to deal with. Very happy with car, but car came with bald tires. Luckily still under warranty, so only cost me an additional $50 to have all 4 replaced. Love the no-haggle pricing. The customer service was good but the car itself was kinda bad. It’s been in the shop for a hot minute and missed the day of returning the car back so unfortunately I’m stuck with this car. As someone who very much dislikes the hassle of dealerships, the concept of Carvana is one that I can get behind. So far, they have been upfront in their dealing with me, such as honoring the 7-da dealerships, the concept of Carvana is one that I can get behind. Also, the service and attitude I have received each time I've called (and I've called A LOT) has been top quality. However, I do have to report that I did ultimately choose to cancel my purchase of a 2014 Silverado 1500 due to the frame and undercarriage having an extensive amount of scale rust (i.e. rust flakes). Now, this is mostly on me, as I should have read the Carfax report more carefully. If I had, I would have noticed that this truck spent all its life in Ohio where they routinely salt the roads, which very much contributes to undercarriage rusting if it's not immediately washed off. The reason for four stars is because I feel that Carvana could, and maybe should in the future, include pictures of a truck's undercarriage so potential buyers at least have an idea of the integrity of the frame. All in all, I would definitely shop here again, and this time pay more careful attention to the Carfax. More

Big fan of the Carvana process! Previously sold a car to Carvana, and recently came back to trade in my other car. Naturally skeptical of the new cars condition buying online but everything checked out and we love our new car. Would give 5 stars but on the big delivery day they showed up with the wrong car!! They corrected it asap and brought the right car an hour later but still a bummer. All in all we are very happy with our trade in, would highly recommend Carvana! More
Experience with car buying could have been better. My vehicles delivery was delayed and was never advised until the day right before expected delivery. When asked on the location of the vehicle, I was advised it had never left the location where it was initially at. After that I had to reschedule but it wasn’t until a week and a half away so I had to pay for pick up option($599) to get it delivered sooner. When I got there the car was never loaded into the vending machine I was just given the keys with a temporary (they take it back) bow. And a large coin for my son to keep. We didn’t get to experience the car buying experience advertised but charged me full price. I feel like this is just a way to gain more money and force the buyer to pay for the delivery to the Carvana lot. The vehicle is great, the process and time having the trouble of obtaining the vehicle was not pleasant and probably would have saved much more hassle spending a whole day at a car dealership lot. The least they could have done was waive the delivery fee for those troubles but was declined immediately. More

It was so awesome, that two dealers I was looking at while working with Carvana, couldn’t beat their offer. I got a 2019 Chevy Equinox, loaded with great options, under 29K miles, in black for a great price! Plus, they accepted my trade-in (I’ll miss my Altima though) and I can still detect that much sought after “new car” smell. I will definitely shop with them again and recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a car. Hi-five guys and gals! Job well done! More
