Buying a car online was the best experience ever. I got to takke my time and choose the best car for me. The only thing I didnt like was the constant reminder to send in paperwork. The power of attorney needed to be notarized for carvana. I had to set up an appointment with the notary. When I got the first request for the paperwork, I contacted a representative and explained my situation and when my appointment was and when I qould send in the complete paperwork which as that was a Saturday and my appointment qas on a Monday, was two days. I received no less than six emails and text messages about the paperwork, the best part of allthat was my state doesnt require power of attornies to be notarized. Inspiteof that when I am ready to buy another car, I am definately gonna look at carv ana. More

I really enjoyed shopping online for my vehicle. Carvana is far better than Drive Time. The Customer Service is the best. The only thing I disagree with is receiving one key pod! Those key pods are very expensive to purchase & I think that they should give two key pods. I tried asking for a second one and was toldI needed to purchase a car that was priced at $30k in order to qualify for two set of key pods. Wow, I did not think that was fair. It was written in the fine print. Other than that, I am satisfied! More

The car is amazing and I love it! It did smell like smoke when I first got in, but was assured that as soon as my 7 day trial was up, I'd be getting $100 from then for a complete detail. Who does that? Seriously. Easiest and BEST experience of my life! I will never go to a car lot again. I would 100% recommend this over a car lot to any of my friends! More
