Overall? 10 out of 10, would 100% reccomend. There have been a few bumps along the way but SO MUCH BETTER than spending ONE SECOND at a dealership. I've spent less than an hour online and talking to their Customer Service team and have a beautiful, well maintained and fully equipped and inspected 2017 Nissan Rogue in my driveway, delivered to me out of market in 9 days. The communication by Carvana was none existent. I was not contacted by Carvana after my financing was approved or once my car was shipped. It was absolute luck I was home when the driver texted he was 2 not contacted by Carvana after my financing was approved or once my car was shipped. Carvana contacted me several days after the car was delivered to tell me it shipped I got more for my money through Carvana but got a lot of unnecessary frustration More
I had a mixed experience. It was all going good and easy at first. So good, I was waiting for the ball to drop. My first delivery date comes, and it had to be postponed because "a driver called in sick so i at first. So good, I was waiting for the ball to drop. I had planned on trading my car to avoid the hassle of selling it ,even though what was being offered was way less than KBB low trade (I got offered $836 for my 2003 Ford Mustang convertible with 85K miles on it. It has a perfect interior and leather, perfect body, never seen a winter. Low fair book was $1400 and private party retail was $2500-$4500, I paid 5K last summer) because mine is in good condition. So because of the delay, we told our mechanic I was trading our car in while I was there for an unrelated issue, and he offered almost double what Carvana was giving me ($1500 vs their $836). When this happened, before I agreed to anything, I called Carvana and asked them if this was going to complicate anything and they said no, as long as I called them by Friday am. So I had my car picked up Thursday night and called Carvana first thing Friday, for them to tell me that was delaying my delivery AGAIN! I tried to get them to explain this to me, how that can screw up a delivery that is scheduled for the NEXT DAY, and talked to several reps that were useless and basically said I had to wait almost a week for a new delivery date. I was upset because when I first told them I got an offer on my trade in from a private person, they never said it could mess up my delivery. Also, as my car was picked up, I live in a very rural area with no public transportation and/or UBER so this created an issue. Almost every rep who gets disconnected never calls you back either! I finally reached a rep named CHANDLER, who was AMAZING!!! He coordinated a pick up at the HUB in Danvers Ma instead of me meeting them 60 miles closer to me in Hookset NH like originally planned (We are out of their delivery area), he never forgot about me, he tracked my order Friday night after hanging up with me (it was still in transit from Hartford to Boston) and once he saw it arrive in Boston he called the HUB Saturday am to coordinate me picking it up there! If I ever buy a car from them again, I want Chandler handing it all, he was by far the best most helpful rep I talked to! The car is amazing too! More

I am overall disappointed with my experience. The day of delivery I was told the vehicle acquired damages and was going to need to be repaired as it was on its way to be delivered. I was told to try the vehicle out for the week to be sure I liked it. Upon delivery the vehicles paint had alot more blemishes and clear coat missing as well as other things wrong with it. It was supposed to be detailed but it was still dirty and dusty. It was disappointing because I was looking forward to a newer vehicle. It was nice to have it dropped off at my house and convenient but ultimately was dissatisfied with the vehicle and not what I ordered. Also upon driving the vehicle there was a weird noise from engine and smelled of coolant. I was hesitant to order a vehicle online and this is why. Wasn't a very good experience but the phone operator was courteous. More

This was our second purchase and it was just as seamless as the first, Our delivery driver kept us updated with his progress on delivery day, took the time to go over the vehicle with us and made detailed as the first, Our delivery driver kept us updated with his progress on delivery day, took the time to go over the vehicle with us and made detailed notes of the few concerns that we had. The trade in process was just as easy...I can’t say how easy and customer friendly the whole Carvana purchase process is....no pushy car salesmen, no haggling and fairly priced vehicles. Will most definitely use again. More
