Sure why not get a car delivered. No one liked used car dealers anyway. Everything comes cleaned up, w good brakes and good tires, inspected and all that. I could not be happier with the entire process. From the initial search process on the website to the online paperwork process and finally to the delivery, it was well planned and executed. I must say first that the old saying 'never say never' is quite appropriate in my experience with Carvana. I always thought I would need to see the car in person, you know, touch it, drive it. Carvana provid quite appropriate in my experience with Carvana. I always thought I would need to see the car in person, you know, touch it, drive it. Carvana provided EVERY aspect of my car. It was quite a pleasant experience considering I'm a real skeptic. I was so pleased with the whole process. The car was even better than I imagined and I love it! Mechanically I would rate my car a 5 out of 5, very happy overall with how the car runs and performs. My reason for only 3 out of 5 stars overall comes from a few different things, first off my car arrived w overall with how the car runs and performs. My reason for only 3 out of 5 stars overall comes from a few different things, first off my car arrived with mud covered tires and the wheel wells were caked in mud, wasn’t too thrilled about my first drive having to be to the car wash. Second is the car reaked of cigarette smell. Nothing I can’t take care of myself, but definitely shouldn’t be something that is left for me to deal with. I think they add a column on the listing page that dictates whether it’s been a smoking / non smoking vehicle. And third reason is sales team , or advocates as they call them. they conduct most of the business through text messaging, nothing wrong with that, but their grammar and wording is terrible! It gives the whole thing a very spam like feel, enough so I almost cancelled everything untill I read about similar experiences. It is definitely a smooth process and a hassle free way to buy a car, with more attention to detail on both the technical side and vehicle detailing I think I would consider buying from them again. More

Such an easy process ! Got everything set up for delivery they even arrived 2 hours early , during transport the passenger window was chipped and they got an appointment set up to get it replaced before even they even arrived 2 hours early , during transport the passenger window was chipped and they got an appointment set up to get it replaced before even bringing my car ! They had someone come out and fix my window and it was fixed 3 days later . This experience has been AMAZING so easy and hassle free ! Thank you Carvana More

Honestly, at first I was skeptical of the whole process being online and have the vehicle sent to my house!!!! This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had!!! I loved buying my car on carvana they were helpful in every step of the process and literally stayed on the phone with me for hours getting my paperwork in order. The process was alil harder because of c every step of the process and literally stayed on the phone with me for hours getting my paperwork in order. The process was alil harder because of covid but it was still way easier than going to a dealership. And the exchanging process was just as easy. And i love my car, and the person who delivered my car even gave me a gift bag and sent me a card to make sure i enjoyed the car. I really liked the whole process and definitely would recommend to any and everybody and have . Honestly wish I could give it more stars More
