Customer service is terrible. The car took almost a month to be delivered. The car didn’t have basic things done during the 150 point inspection that the local Nissan dealership caught. The interior was never detailed and was disgusting. They agreed to send me $250 because I had to rent a car for almost a month while I waited for mine to be delivered. They did agree to have the things missed in the 150 point inspection done by the Nissan dealership and paid for it. I wish they would cover a car detail as well. But, the car is overall good. However, it was sold to me as an SR and the dealer told me it’s not an SR it just has the upgraded interior. I don’t know if the price I was sold it for really reflects that. TL;DR: Basically took forever to get my car, they have done what they can to accommodate the situation. I like the car and know that it is a good car. They don’t detail the cars when they get them. You will have to do it. They covered the cost to do any work they missed during inspection. Customer service sucks. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my experience buying from Carvana. I think they have a lot to improve on. But, I appreciate that they made the effort to fix the problems. I would only recommend Carvana to someone if they can go to the vending machines and actually see the car and pick it up right away. I want to give more stars for the effort they made to fox problems and deal with issue but I want other people to be aware of the problems and for Carvana to hopefully take the review seriously and improve things so that it really is a 5 star car dealer. I tried to buy a car from Carvana today. I selected a vehicle, completed the process to become pre-qualified, linked my bank account for the downpayment and monthly payments, uploaded the front and back vehicle, completed the process to become pre-qualified, linked my bank account for the downpayment and monthly payments, uploaded the front and back of my Driver's License, input all of my information and was very excited to buy the car. Unfortunately I did not know all of the answers to questions about who lived with me 10 years ago and credit information related to my ex-wife. After two tries at the 4 or so questions the gave me a number to call to complete verification. I called and gave them the last 4 of my sco and my birthday and they proceeded to inform me because I could not answer the old questions, I could not by a car on Carvana for 6 months. How's that for a customer experience. Myt bank can verify me on the phone. So much for the new internet buying experience. Obviously they still have some kinks to work out before this business model could ever claim world class service! More
Omg it just gets worse. First the car was delivered with no radiator fluid even though it was "inspected". The cover on the bottom of my car was hanging off on delivery as well. I am in a self registration state, they did not send enough money to pay taxes and registration on my car, they told me the DMV charged me wrong, I went back to the DMV so they could fix their mistake only to find out Carvana filled out my paperwork wrong which was the reason I was over charged on my car taxes. I called 1 week ago today about this and was told I would be called back the following day (Chris was his name) I am still waiting to hear from him. You can not call in to speak with someone without waiting at least 45 minutes and then they never seem to be able to settle anything. Not one has a customer service person fixed any of my problems on the first call. Absoluty horrible. More

I had a great experience with Carvana on my recent car purchase. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Although it is not as quick as going to a carlot to buy a vehicle the whole proce purchase. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. My delivery did get delayed but that by a little over a week but that wasn't to big a deal for me. On the day of my delivery Shae (our delivery driver) was extremely nice and took her time to explain all the contracts and went over the car with us. She made sure we did not have any questions before she left. Shae and all the representatives I spoke with during the process made the entire process easy. We were also very happy with the car. It was actually better than described and detailed before delivery. More

I rearranged my plans to take delivery of my vehicle multiple times because I had received emails and text messages telling me that my vehicle would be delivered. However, on more than one occasion, it did not come. Finally, after my patience was completely exhausted, I was given the excuse that "someone just did not finalize your order" with no real reason or idea behind why that was the case other than "technical issues" that had happened several days prior to this conversation. This was supposed to be easier and quicker than using a dealership, and in some ways it was, but in many ways it was not. More
