The dealership was very disappointing because at 7:30 am I got a call saying the truck was not going to be ready on time. I was never given a solid time to come and when I called back hours later no one pic I got a call saying the truck was not going to be ready on time. I was never given a solid time to come and when I called back hours later no one picked up the phone. I drove 40 minutes to see when I could pick up the car and they still did not have a time I could pick it up. I called corporate and they were finally able to give me a time. 3pm. 4 and a half hours later than I scheduled. It killed my whole Saturday and when I showed up I couldn't even use the coin vending machine with my daughter. The whole reason I wanted to pick the truck up. The whole process was bad and caused me to not use carvana to buy my wife's car. Carvana missed out on 35000 dollars because my wife was so upset we just went to a traditional dealership for her car. The truck also had a lot of damage to the front bumper that was not listed. I will not use the service again. More

Purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester. Came in with a blown out wheel bearing. The vehicle simply wasn't drivable. Clearly Carvana is not doing any repairs or mechanical work beyond detailing and maybe checkin out wheel bearing. The vehicle simply wasn't drivable. Clearly Carvana is not doing any repairs or mechanical work beyond detailing and maybe checking fluids. I could have just returned it to Carvana but opted to have Carvana "fix" it. It was to cost me $50 because I wanted the work done by a Subaru Dealership which is "out of network" for Carvana. I was interested in knowing the work was complete and correct though. It actually ended up costing me just over $250. I didnt even own the vehicle a week yet and was already paying for repairs. The convenience of Carvana is a great idea and really the only reason to buy here. I firmly believe very little is done to these vehicles to ensure they are in good working order. This repair need would have been obvious to anyone, no mechanical background necessary. Not off to a great experience. More

I expected the car to be awesome. I hoped the the experience of using Carvana would be OK. Having bought or leased at least 15 cars over the past 20 years I had grown so tired of car dealerships. Somehow I just never felt quite happy after my interactions........On the scene steps Carvana! No sales person to keep running back and forth between me and the "sales manager". No upselling. Just presenting the car - telling me the price - delivering as promised. And BOOM - I am the happy owner of the car I hoped for. I don't see ever going back to a conventional car dealer. Carvana is my car dealer! The absolute best car buying experience of all the cars I have bought. Great service provided by every single person I interacted with. More

At first, I was blown away. I received the car I ordered on time with no problems. I didn’t like the car I ordered so I used the seven day guarantee. Again I was very satisfied with the help in swapping out on time with no problems. I didn’t like the car I ordered so I used the seven day guarantee. The truck driver couldn’t find my car or something like that. Whatever it was it didn’t make it here on time. I now had to wait another six days. This didn’t make sense to me. There has to be a better system than this. I finally got my car and I am satisfied with it. More

Took 9 months to receive title & registration. No one was actively working on our case until we started calling everyday (and were connected with Mitzy from the resolution department who was incredibly helpf actively working on our case until we started calling everyday (and were connected with Mitzy from the resolution department who was incredibly helpful!). Most customer service reps are incompetent and not at all helpful. After getting our title & reg., we wanted to trade in our car with them but were given an extremely hard time when trying to verify documents. We ended up getting a better trade in deal at a local dealership and had our car within hours. I will not recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy/sell/trade a car. More
