But everything else was a wonderful experience, especially when you get your car out of a giant vehicle vending machine, that's why I pick it up myself at the Dealer. More

I don't know if it's deliberate or not to wear out your warranty while your vehicle sits at the dealer while silver Rock doesn't know what they're doing any deal with so many people and it gets so irritating and your warranty runs out while it sits at the dealer and then the silver rock will tell you oh you don't have a warranty anymore yeah no xxxx it ran out at the dealer idiots... I have purchased two vehicles from carvana that had warranty issues that were high-end cars and carvana stepped up to the plate with no issues if there's silver rock warranty company giving it a bad name Case in point the first vehicle I bought from carvana is still not corrected due to silver Rock and I'm going on a year now and still issues are not corrected which are rightfully owned me. Carvana sure beats going to the dealer so they get a plus Silver Rock warranty company my opinion is useless. Unless you enjoy fighting and arguing over what you rightfully are owed Oh well they all can't be winners More

Carvana is definitely an okay way to buy a car - everyone I dealt with was courteous and kind and the deal was quite good. However, the level of disorganization was appalling. I received numerous emails and I dealt with was courteous and kind and the deal was quite good. However, the level of disorganization was appalling. I received numerous emails and text messages containing what turned out to be incorrect information and guidance - I was told my car's registration would be delayed and not done according to my request for a transfer when it had actually been completed properly; I was given numerous conflicting deadlines. The whole process was incredibly frustrating as I had to make several lengthy calls to Carvana's underwriters to get things ironed out, each time being told they didn't even understand why I had been given such incorrect information by the automated contacts AND by other agents at Carvana. Lastly, the Plaid system for bank verification was a total mess. If I did recommend Caravan to anyone it would have to come with some dire warnings. Carvana - you need to work out the numerous conflicts in your automated contact system and train your personnel MUCH better. The flow of information in your organization is a huge mess. More

Carvana is a serious threat to the traditional used car lots that litter the highways. The moment a traditional sales person said: I'll need to ask my manager, I booked right back to Carvana.
