Love the entire online buying process, having the car delivered to my house was amazing, and the 7 day return policy is fantastic. The process was very simple and fast. Only issue I had was my delivery time being changed 3 times, without explanation, I had to call to find out what was the issue.It was very inconvenient because I had was my delivery time being changed 3 times, without explanation, I had to call to find out what was the issue.It was very inconvenient because I had to rely on friends and car rentals to get around, therefore the change of delivery date cost some money and stress. Another complaint was the seats were soiled .This was not shown in the pictures at Carvana. So let me touch on costumer service. EXCELLENT!! All my issues were delt with promptly. The seats are being cleaned by a contractor. A 50.00 credit is being given to me to help with the rental that I had because of the change of delivery time. Special mention to my delivery person Alberto .He really relaxed me and informed me if my options and what to do. He was patient, polite and very understanding of my issues and offered real advice .Thank you Alberto . He was not only the delivery person but played the role of customer service representative. We love our new to us car . The process was easy and effortless . We do have a couple of issues with the car that was not shown in the pictures on the carvana site ,The hood has marks like super glue al effortless . We do have a couple of issues with the car that was not shown in the pictures on the carvana site ,The hood has marks like super glue all over it and a puncture hole on the plastic trim above the rear glass so a little bummed about that. But inside the car was immaculate for a 6 year old used car . We just passed the 7 day trial test drive [which by the way was awesome of them, no other new or used car dealership would even consider this ] it gave us time to find out if anything was really wrong. We will do business with carvana again and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Carvana for a great car buying experience! More
