This has been the easiest, most stress free way to purchase a vehicle I have ever done. The customer service was amazing when they called me to confirm all my information. I purchased a 2012 BMW 335I. No major problems with the car, it was clean and delivered on time as per the agreement. The delivery driver was knowledgeable and helpful. Not having to deal with the troubles car, it was clean and delivered on time as per the agreement. The delivery driver was knowledgeable and helpful. Well the shopping experience is easy. I have concerns about the inspections. I recently bought 2 separate 2017 Chevy Colorado and both had to be returned in the 7 day period due to transmission problems. about the inspections. I recently bought 2 separate 2017 Chevy Colorado and both had to be returned in the 7 day period due to transmission problems. Apparently there is a class action law suet against GM over the 2017-2019 Transmissions. There is no way if these were road tested that the inspector could not feel the problem as I did after 1 trip of each truck. You also have on one return agreement a 7 day 5PM EST deadline and on the actual fine print doc's deadline 7 days 8PM EST. Which is it. I would have like to given you the benefit of not know the tran's problems and swapped for a third truck different year and make.. However your return agreement say's because I had 2 prior vehicles the 3rd vehicle I would just be stuck with even if it had a problem.. Now for Silver Rock your warrant people. Even though you are picking up the truck. When I received it I was told that you would replace both front head light due to high condensation inside them. Silver Rock denied them and I was told quite rudely. I did not know what I was talking about , that all head lights get condensation in them. That is bull. Still I have been overall pleased with Carvona itself and would purchase from you in the future. More
