We love our new to us car . The process was easy and effortless . We do have a couple of issues with the car that was not shown in the pictures on the carvana site ,The hood has marks like super glue al effortless . We do have a couple of issues with the car that was not shown in the pictures on the carvana site ,The hood has marks like super glue all over it and a puncture hole on the plastic trim above the rear glass so a little bummed about that. But inside the car was immaculate for a 6 year old used car . We just passed the 7 day trial test drive [which by the way was awesome of them, no other new or used car dealership would even consider this ] it gave us time to find out if anything was really wrong. We will do business with carvana again and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Carvana for a great car buying experience! More

Buying a used GOOD car could not be easier than with Carvana. I needed a car desperately but did not have the time to go look at cars after work and I didn't have the money to buy what was available ne Carvana. I saw the television commercial for Carvana and logged in. Four days later I received the car of my dreams. Carvana took care of everything! I told them what I could afford and what I wanted. They showed me what they had immediately available. I was astounded at the choices. I thought it was too good to be true but the 2017 Subaru Outback that was delivered is in mint condition. I could not be happier with the car and their financing. I have raved about Carvana to everyone who has complimented me on my new car. Do your research and Carvana will not let you down. Great place to buy a car. Their prices are unmatched and their selection can’t be beat. You can browse the website at your own pace and filter out your car by so many different options. You’ll find the car you love for a great deal you didn’t have to haggle for. However, this isn’t the best place to sell or trade in your car. They don’t offer a great price. The convenience of them picking it up isn’t worth it. I also had a difficult time purchasing over the holidays since I used my own financial institution. The deadline to submit my loan information provided over the phone by customer service for my delivery date to be confirmed was incorrect and I was without a car for over a week after selling to a third party. They did everything they could to fix their mistake, but ultimately with their customer service teams working on and deadlines taking into account weekends and holidays they were unable to correct this logistically. When my car arrived the rest of the process was nice and easy. I liked having the 7 day money back return policy, but since I found the car I liked at the price I wanted I didn’t need it. More
