The overall process was made very easy, and I love the car, but there were 2 chips in the windshield that I hadn’t seen in the listing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process. From viewing the inventory, to applying for purchase, to the delivery of the vehicle. Everything was so very easy!!! The process and the people were excellent. I was a bit surprised that the car wasn’t very clean upon arrival - was expecting it to have been cleaned more than it was. The overall experience has been decent but not perfect. I'd say that the hold time to speak to someone is ridiculously long, I personally don't have that much time to wait around to speak with someone. The chat is absolutely NO help, however whenever you actually speak with someone they have excellent service so that's really good because I don't do business with any business with terrible customer service. The next issue would be that my breaks were already squeaking when the car was delivered and a day later the check engine light came on.. Just delivered 4 day's ago and only drive two or three times shouldn't be experiencing that already however Carvana warranty is covering diagnostic and repair costs so that's good otherwise I'd have to get my money back. We'll see what happens. More
This is my third car purchase with CARVANA and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Everything about the process is easy. Absolutely the best and fastest experience I’ve ever had buying a car and it’s all thanks to Oliver the delivery guy!! Initially I had issues with delivery but because of COVID I had to let it go but once t buying a car and it’s all thanks to Oliver the delivery guy!! We talkies for a while and I would have tipped him if I had cash but sadly I didn’t. Please give that man a raise or some more praise as my experience would not be the same without him. Brakes sque Issues at delivery: 1. Missing radio antenna cover. 2. Dome light switch inoperable. 3. Car advertised as having new brakes and tires. Brakes squeal at every stop. At delivery. Carvana rep directed me to contact SilverRock and they would cover the repair. SilverRock directed me to take it to Joe Pecheles Hyundai dealership, Greenville NC (252) 756-1135, for repair. Dealership diagnostic confirmed brakes are new but rotors were not turned. They recommend turning of rotors and new pads to repair. SilverRock denied warranty repair of radio antenna. Carvana confirmed exception for radio antenna was sent to SilverRock (twice). Resolution of that issue is in progress. SilverRock denied warranty repair of brakes. Carvana directed me to obtain documentation of dealer repair diagnostic on brakes and upload to Carvana site for determination. Resolution of that issue is in progress. I await documentation from dealer by email. Since the car was advertised as having new brakes, new brakes should not squeal. I will be satisfied when the radio antenna and brake repair is covered in full since the car remains well under the Warranty repair period in terms of miles and days. FYI: This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carvana in two years. RE: the first one, upon driving 50 miles away from the dealership (in Raleigh, NC), alarms went off re: tire pressure. I pulled over and discovered the tires had 50psi of air in all the tires when the tire pressure should have been 32psi. (I reported this issue to Carvana at the time.) I consider that an very unsafe condition. Luckily, I was able to let air out of the tires before they exploded at 60 mph. I recommend Carvana review their inspection process prior to selling cars. More
