Carvana’s concept advertised on their website was appealing and their price was very competitive, so I started asking some questions online thinking about buy /sell a car. Their virtual assistant “Sebastian” was efficient until a certain point, however, I needed to ask more specific questions for my transaction. Sebastian told me an advocate(real-life customer service) would text me in 30 mins. After a 50 min wait, I finally saw the 1st text message saying he would help me. After this initial greeting he disappeared completely another 40 min not corresponding to my text. Finally this advocate said he was working with multiple people at a time so he could not respond back at all. I’ve never had such unprofessional customer service. I’m so relieved that I didn’t buy or sell a car from this company. I couldn’t imagine how frustrated it would’ve been if this happened after I started a transaction(sending money). And this advocate said he’s not allowed to give his name. He said his name is "Sebastian". My instinct tells me not to trust this company. Something goes wrong, we’ll have such a hard time communicating with them. More

No pressure sale, everything was delivered as promised. I would do it again! Buying many cars in the past, this was the easiest transaction of all time. This was an easy process. Make sure you go over your purchase before the 7 day return window closes. We found the passenger side front bumper was glued on. Of course this was after the 7 day window. When the truck showed up and was started in front of me, that's when I learned there was an after market exhaust system installed, and it was much louder than expected. To me, this added to the value of this easy process. If you don't know how to buy a car and don't know what to look for i suggest carvana because they seem very honest and helpful. Unfortunately there was a slight blemish to the vehicle during transport but they were upfront about it at pickup and set up repair service completely at their cost. Honest! More
