So many issues...they did not communicate about delivery, they “forgot” to complete the paperwork and didn’t notice until I called since I knew a payment was about to be due. The whole car buying and financing took me about one hour on my phone! My vehicle was delivered a few weeks later to a Walmart about a mile away since the street I live on is so narrow. The overall process was good, but I was VERY frustrated while trying to phone. “Your wait time is less than 10 minutes” would turn into 15-20 minutes. During one continuing series of calls, “Your wait time is less than 20 minutes”, I was disconnected twice ((with no call-back). I pleaded with the 3rd representative not to hang up on me. I was on the phone for over an hour. This did not endear the purchase process to me. More
