My experience was wonderful. Every person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Even though my delivery was delayed, I was completely satisfied because I knew it was in my best interest. They would not deliver my car until it passed a full diagnostic test. I know they listened to me, because I had mentioned that I was going to pick up a puppy and I discovered 2 gifts on my front seat- one with goodies for me, and another with treats for my new puppy! This is truly the way car buying should be: no pressure to buy, no bullying by salesmen, simply selling quality vehicles and ensuring that the cars are in the best condition before delivering them. Did I mention my car was delivered at my job because I wasn’t going to make it home in time for the delivery change due to the extra time it took to run the diagnostics and replace the sensor that was defective? Both my husband and I purchased cars this week and when our teens are ready die their own cars, we will be looking to Carvana for their vehicles! More
