I love Carvana. The buying process is simple with hundreds of vehicles to chose from. Every thing is in writing. I highly recommend Carvana for your vehicle needs. hundreds of vehicles to chose from. Every thing is in writing. I highly recommend Carvana for your vehicle needs. More
It’s been about 5 month with the car.. Wish I could return it, can’t . Still waiting for the title. Had problems day one with it. When they say we inspected it. You should also. Like air filter was dir return it, can’t . Still waiting for the title. Had problems day one with it. When they say we inspected it. You should also. Like air filter was dirty like my oil rags, brake fluid, serpent belt, was ready to break . One of major issues the insurance got it fix like Ecu..I’m not a mechanic, but I know when things are worn or it’s time to get it replaced. My advice if you like a car. You should consider looking at it twice at it before you take it or you be like me . Dealing with issues then enjoying your investment More
This was such a great experience! Everyone involved was helpful and friendly. This was such a quick process and I would definitely recommend. Wish I thought of them sooner! helpful and friendly. This was such a quick process and I would definitely recommend. Wish I thought of them sooner! More
I just finished shopping with Carvana. The process was more involved than at a dealer, but it was all online and they offered me a better price for my trade in than local dealers had offered. However, aft more involved than at a dealer, but it was all online and they offered me a better price for my trade in than local dealers had offered. However, after I selected a truck and went through the process they ended up selling my truck to someone else. This was AFTER I had chosen it, completed my trade in information, spent a day working with my "advocate" providing documentation and photos, got a loan (with a 14 point credit check hit), got the cashier’s check, scanned the check to Carvana, and had delivery set for the next week. Carvana stated it was an accident that the truck was "unlocked for sale". While things happen, this left me with a loan but without a truck. My bank took the money back but I had to pay for 4 days interest on the loan I didn't use. I won't use or recommend Carvana. All they offered to do was let me buy a different vehicle, but none were comparable in price to the truck I had "bought". After 2 months of looking, I'm back to square one. More
The whole experience was very easy to navigate through. I was very nervous picking up my car due to the fact that this was my first time buying a car. Maybe blame it on Covid, but I've had a pretty poor experience. Purchased a car and had it delivered on 8/20/20. Traded in my old car - got a fair price (this was a plus). Aside from the issues trying experience. Purchased a car and had it delivered on 8/20/20. Traded in my old car - got a fair price (this was a plus). Aside from the issues trying to get my Credit Union and Carvana to communicate, I've had nothing but issues with the registration process. Remember, 8/20/20 they loaded up my old car. I was swapping plates from the old to the new. I signed with a notary public the following day and overnighted the limited power of attorney they needed to complete the registration. I called and confirmed it was received. Then I waited. And waited. September came. They told me it was done, just waiting on my state DMV. October came, same excuse. By end of October they said they JUST sent in the paperwork to my state. Meanwhile, through this point I still had and was paying for insurance on my traded in car (been 2 months). End of October I canceled the traded in car insurance because it was due to renew. My DMV (NY) is now reaching out saying I had an insurance lapse (on the car I traded in 2+ months ago.). I sent them the purchase agreement, told them that car was traded in and awaiting registration transferring old plates to my new car. - they didn't accept it. Late November I receive NEW plates. /sigh. I immediately went to DMV and turned in old plates. NYS DMV ordered a license suspension order for lapsed insurance on my old car, WHICH IS STILL REGISTERED TO ME 3.5 months after I traded it in. Thanks Carvana! I'll have $8/day in fines and no license for the next couple months. You suck. Since the car is still registered to me, I might just report it stolen. That, and/or contact my attorney to sue Carvana. If truck was to be fixed right and get done in a timely matter, I would be happy. However it will take multiple weeks to be fixed all while, barely covering for a loaner car. Some of the staff is really helpful while others barley do a thing or follow through on anything. As far as I can see, if you notice things don’t wait for them to fix it, return it. Otherwise you will be stuck with a $20,000 truck with bad four drive system cost 1000s to fix More
Ended up costing me $600, I ended up with a week and a half of headaches and waiting through the hold line and no car. They declined to fix the issues the car had when it arrived and was never even drive half of headaches and waiting through the hold line and no car. They declined to fix the issues the car had when it arrived and was never even drive-able, then told me the rental they had offered me would no longer be covered because I had to return the car. They are trying to refuse to even cover the diagnostic on the broken car now. Perhaps it could work smoothly if you luck out on a good car, but if you get something with problems send it back immediately. They will not help you and will string you along for weeks. More
