The overall process was made very easy, and I love the car, but there were 2 chips in the windshield that I hadn’t seen in the listing. This was the easiest, most exciting time I had purchasing a car. I found the car I wanted online, completed the process that took about 30 minutes and was ready to go pick up my car! Great experience overall. I didn't initially like that the normal representatives on the phone couldn't get update from the reconditioning facility in Nashville, but after calling a few times, I got ahold the normal representatives on the phone couldn't get update from the reconditioning facility in Nashville, but after calling a few times, I got ahold of someone in Phoenix who was able to contact them to get an update on the specific progress through to delivery. That person.. Raval? was awesome.. he was very helpful and very informative. I needed this extra help because I needed to know the delivery date due to a trip I was taking around Christmas. Other than the update info, every other rep I talked to was very kind and helpful too including the man at the Carvana location where I picked up the car. A very enjoyable experience. I haven't driven the car too much yet, but I would buy from Caravana again. Thanks! More
