As expected CARVANA has posted a canned response with little or no thought and with no real interest in responding to a specific issue or helping anyone. As I said the main problem is inside CARVANA because their internal registration team is not sending documents to the DMV in a timely manner. COVID is not the problem more like a convenient excuse.

I'm good you guys took care of me professionally and not on my needs and helped me out and didn't hesitate and I was so appreciate it if it wasn't for you I will not be able to get a car I will see my mom with a 10-year-old son and you have no idea how much it means to me that you helped me out like this it's not your fault that the car is made crappy I should have known better than to get a Ford. They are not made like they used to be and I should have looked further into it I thought I researched it I have no idea two years after it was bought and had a new transmission put in and their faulty and was a lot of problems with that car and that's why they stopped making it in 2018. I'm very excited about this Chevy Sonic that is coming. Thank you and love to you for helping me have a Merry Christmas. Sincerely Lisa

Getting my Jeep Renegade was a great experience throw Carvana . I would recommend them to family and friends. But once I got my Jeep there was no floor mats or spare tire. Other then that it was ok. More
