1. Too many requests for drivers license and insurance.. 4 times by different people or robots. 2. Pictures didn't show all defects. 2a. Who ever prepared the car used a dirty buffing pad a put swirls and scratches on paint surface. 3. The brake disc on all 4 wheels had ridges from sand and pebbles stuck into brake pads. Brakes are being replaced. Two stars is too many for Carvana... I will not recommend Carvana to anyone who ask I am keeping the car because A. I have been shopping for this exact i3 B. It still has factory warranty C. It had low mileage D. It is a good winter project car More

By far the best car buying experience in my life. The car was in impeccable shape and sent to a very reputable shop to be inspected prior to delivery, and they could not find a single thing wrong with it. I was told by the shop that when they do an inspection for CARVANA and anything bad is found, CARVANA does not hesitate to have it fixed. So I can trust they they do everything in their power to ensure that the customer experience is good. I’m never buying a car from a lot again. More
I Purchased a 2017 F150 Lariet and as soon as it arrived I took it straight to my mechanic. He found over $1700.00 in required repairs. It also appears that the truck was in water in that there is much rust on the undercarriage. I sent the estimate to Carvana along with pictures. Their reply was I could return the car. I called Carvana within six hours after I received it and it took one week for them to pick it up and pay me for my trade in. I find it hard to believe that this truck went through a "150" point inspection and will probably show up on their site in a few weeks. Trying to communicate with Carvana after something goes wrong is very difficult to say the least. The main office would call and leave a message then you can't get in touch with the person who called. They send you an email requesting information and you can't reply as it's an un-monitored inbox. Simply put if something goes wrong be prepared for a hassle. On a good note the local hub who delivered the truck was great. The delivery by Jason went smoothly. The local hub manager, Jessica Stipic, was amazing. she was professional and polite through out the entire process, she even answered my calls and answered my emails after hours. This lady really went the extra mile. To some it up if all goes well Carvana is great, but if there is a problem you better hope you get a person like Jessica on your side. I rated the customer service 1 star but this is no reflection on the local hub who deserves a 10. More

I don't think I will ever set foot in a dealership again! I just "clicked" on the car I wanted, filled out some forms and it was shipped to me. Every single person I spoke with was amazing! I live up in Oregon and there are no service shops up here that work with the warranty company. However, I contacted my local service shop and they told me that they can "direct bill" the warranty company. I'm curious to see how that works out. I had a few extra forms to file with my DMV but Carvana told me how to fill them out. Again, that's because I bought a car from out of state and I needed it registered in Oregon. I think I will probably be buying all my cars online. I bought a car in about the same time it takes me to order a pizza! I am thrilled with the level of customer service that Carvana provides. They seem like a trustworthy company. Their finance company will give you a hard time if you want to change the date your payment is due. They make you make a payment first and then you have to "apply" and wait to see if they approve the date change. As far as the extended warranty goes... Well see how it works out being out of their service area. I sure hope its accepted at my local service shops. I think next time I will order my car and fly down to Arizona, I want to see the car vending machine! I think what makes this company stand out is the people that work there! Good job! Keep hiring nice, friendly, people! More
