DO NOT BUY from Carvana. We placed an order for a BMW 2020 and 2 hours before the delivery we got a call about the damage which was not listed. The whole side of the driver door had a BIG scratch and the 2020 and 2 hours before the delivery we got a call about the damage which was not listed. The whole side of the driver door had a BIG scratch and they just wanted us to accept the delivery and will repair it later. After calling Carvana I was given three options 1) Choose a different car 2) Wait for it to be repaired 3)$150 price reduction towards the next car. All three of these options wanted us to stay with them. They told us that they will not report the damage repaired to Carfax and We just did not feel right about this company ethics. I tried to talk to a manager but the associate (Danny) had no one available and told me that her supervisor would call back when she has time. This has been the worst car buying experience and now I realize that dealing with people face to face is much easier. If it was a regular dealership I am sure they would have accommodated us somehow. Customer Service is really bad. More

Just completed the sale but it was a struggle. Not enough information given to me on what documents they were looking for. The site tells you the upload documents here. But what documents exactly??
