Didn't think I'd ever buy a car "on line"- but it sure beats schlepping around to various used vehicle outlets. Pretty painless way to do it. Process went very smooth, and at this point I can hardily endorse the Carvana model as a way to purchase a used vehicle.. The only thing I missed is the "touchy-feeley", and drive part of the process! More
My experience hasn't been very stress free; they had issues trying to verify my bank account I spent several hours on hold trying to talk to someone. I recommend taking screenshots of what they say your issues trying to verify my bank account I spent several hours on hold trying to talk to someone. I recommend taking screenshots of what they say your down payment is and your payment per month will be because mine changed. My original down payment amount had one monthly payment and I needed to change my down payment amount but was able to bring it back up to my original amount but my monthly payment went up. I also had electrical problems already with the car the day it was delivered. And when it was being delivered the delivery driver was lowering the flatbed and my car started rolling off on its own and the ramp was still several feet from the ground. What upset me the most was my monthly payment amount going up from my original quote for the same down payment amount. More
My experience with Carvana was amazing. It was easy and hassle free. I did not feel stress when looking for a car, I was able to take my time. I started my purchasing process in mid June and after getting my order spontaneously postponed with no opportunity to protest 4 times (Waiting an extra 3-4 weeks for my car to arrive) it finally did arri getting my order spontaneously postponed with no opportunity to protest 4 times (Waiting an extra 3-4 weeks for my car to arrive) it finally did arrive. There was exterior damage to the fender sustained in transportation and one of the tires has a slow leak. When I called to ask about the warranty on the tires they explained that even though they are new tires there is no warranty I could use as the owner because it was the dealership who installed the tires. That was all fine and I was honestly just relieved to have a car finally. Now it is the first week of December (that process finalized the last week of July) and I still have no plate or registration. My temporary plate had expired in September and when I called to ask what I should do I was told to drive on the backroads. I understand that my state was extremely behind in registration due to the pandemic however this did not feel like a sufficient response (considering that my state is ticketing for expired registration now). I finally did get another temporary plate, and on 11/16 I was notified that my permanent plate and registration were on the way, well it is now 12/01 and I still don't have a plate or registration. I had called to get the tracking information on my plate, but they apparently did not note my tracking information and now I have to wait another few days for any new information from the mail return office. I am just waiting for this nightmare to end and I would not recommend this service to anyone (my enemies included). More
Terrible. Kept cancelling contracts. Ultimatum for insurance w/less than an hour or date change. Still changed date. Hours wasted on the phone. Wouldn’t honor their delivery confirmation. Cancelled my insurance w/less than an hour or date change. Still changed date. Hours wasted on the phone. Wouldn’t honor their delivery confirmation. Cancelled my trade in(which lost hundreds in trade in value in under 2 weeks) and cancelled my order on the spot as well. Not a trustworthy company. They’re supposed to have registration issues as well and it wasn’t worth any more hassle if I was forking out that kind of money. More
My 2014 Mustang GT arrived with over $1,700 dollars in undisclosed rear end damage. Allegedly from the transporter; however, the salesperson with the keys in Miami was surpised at the damage . I was not undisclosed rear end damage. Allegedly from the transporter; however, the salesperson with the keys in Miami was surpised at the damage . I was not told about this damage before I took the Uber to pick up my "dream" car. I decided to keep the car as long as it was repaired. Silver Rock is helping me now... Hopefully all goes well. More

Susan and I thought the whole process was very polite and no pressure. We don't like pushy sales people, and we want to have a say in the process. We hope that you continue to have good luck selling good qua no pressure. We don't like pushy sales people, and we want to have a say in the process. I purchased my Volkswagen Atlas through Carvana and was blown away by the convenience at every point during the entire process. Cutting out the whole sit-and-wait part of shopping at a dealer while the sal blown away by the convenience at every point during the entire process. Cutting out the whole sit-and-wait part of shopping at a dealer while the salesperson goes to talk to the finance guy for an hour was my main reason for giving Carvana a shot. I cannot stand being treated as if my time is not valuable. The whole shopping experience on the Carvana app was done at my own pace with complete control of my options. It went so smoothly from purchase to delivery that I was waiting for something to go wrong at some point, yet to my surprise, everything went perfectly as planned. I highly recommend using Carvana for anyone who likes to make their own decisions without being led in a direction that a salesman may want you to go, just to benefit themselves. I love my new vehicle and would definitely use Carvana again for my next one. More
Pros:1. Easy to search and find car with options2. Car Pros: 1. Easy to search and find car with options 2. Car history readily available 3. Minor blemishes disclosed 4. All super friendly and easy bef Pros: 1. Easy to search and find car with options 2. Car history readily available 3. Minor blemishes disclosed 4. All super friendly and easy before sale is final 5. Reps are super friendly (but useless...see below). 6. Delivery was easy. Cons: 1. Major blemishes not disclosed in photos 2. Tires on are are 6 (rear) and 8 (front) years old, beyond manufacturer's replacement recommendations. I was told to file a claim with SilverRock (which is clearly not covered as a wear part in their policy), have it denied, then "they'll review it". I was told this while still within 7 day return window. 3. Major gouge in B-Pillar (not dislcosed). Estimate is over 2k to repair...still awaiting SilverRock's "approval" which will not happen before 7 day return window. 4. Side view mirror not working. Same "approval" status as above. 5. Inconsistent instructions and offers to resolve. Seems like they make promises they can't keep to keep you hanging on to the car past the return window, for example: a. 500.00 referral discount ("sure we'll honor it," to "oh sorry, it's too late" three days later. b. no floor mats? "we can cut you a check for $100" to "you'll have to buy them and send us a receipt and we'll reimburse you." c. body/mechanical repairs: "we want you to be happy with the repairs and will extend your 7 day return window to make sure it is done properly, no problem" to "your return window has expired (on day 6) and it's too late to return the car." They even removed the return option (as expired) on the web dashboard when I clearly had 24 hrs left. 6. The process starts off well but then your are left feeling like the victim of a bait and switch...they make promises, delay until the 7 day return window is closed, then leave you hanging. This is more a result of having phone reps with no authority, working from home, having to seek "manager's approval" for everything. More
