Carvana's response of understanding to my complaints seems hollow. This is the way your business is run. I was told that is the policy. It wouldn’t have been very hard to make me a happy customer. I wasn’t asking for that much. You cut corners to save a few dollars. As I said before, not good business. Why wouldn’t you choose to make a customer happy and get referrals as a result.
