Carvana

I bought a 2014 Impala Limited from Carvana, on 11/21/20. Buying a car with Carvana was the easiest car purchase I've ever had. Everyone was very helpful during the initial process. I was amazed at how hassle free it was, from start to finish. I do have some concerns, though. I was supposed to receive contact from a representative prior to the end of my 7 day trial period. No call, no email. During this period, I had to make repairs to the vehicle, which should have been taken care of before delivery. The engine air filter was completely dirty, as was the cabin air filter. I had to replace all four tires. Although they passed Virginia State inspection, they were cupped on the inside rear and all four had a valley in the center from being over-inflated. The cupping was caused by bad struts (which will also be replaced). In an effort to make the car look good, someone had sprayed clear paint on the plastic trim between the front and rear door glass, causing overspray on the windows and mirror glass (both sides). I had to spend a day scraping them with a razor blade. I had to add transmission fluid (it barely registered on the dipstick when warmed up). The good part was the engine oil and filter had been changed. I will use Carvana in the future, however, I'll be more assertive in asking questions and checking the car out before the driver leaves. Hi Carvana my experience at first wasn't that great but I didn't give up. The second time around was wonderful! The whole team was awesome, Charlie delivered the car on time.
