My experience was really disappointing. My pickup time, I had to wait over 2 hours to get my vehicle because I was told it had to be detailed. My vehicle was not detailed during that time. Sunflower seeds in the armrest. The third row full of dust. The vehicle was not even the correct color as stated. I was offered to trade but nothing had the same features on wanted so I feel I was forced to keep what I had. My expectations were not met not even halfway met. More

My appointment was pushed back 1 week due to the dealership being understaffed. Vehicle is in beautiful condition. I was thoroughly impressed with the care taken to detail the vehicle inside and out. I have yet to see any check engine lights or engine codes, so t I was thoroughly impressed with the care taken to detail the vehicle inside and out. I have yet to see any check engine lights or engine codes, so that is a wonderful start. Interest rate is a lot higher than I wanted. With my credit score I should have gotten a much lower rate. Oh well, though the convenience of delivery and online shopping does balance out. More
