This experience started back in July and has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. It is extremely difficult to speak to a supervisor for this company and every time I speak with an associate I receive a different story or wrong information. First there was the issue of how many miles I can drive while I wait for you to deliver the car. Then there was the issue of releasing the car after you took my payment. It took the young man 2 hours to get the ok to switch cars. Then it was it issue of replacing a key that should have been provided to me when I purchased the vehicle. I can go on and on regarding this horrible experience but I would rather move on. Here we are in late November and I’m still waiting on my registration. Every time I call I get a different answer. Most recently, I spoke to a supervisor by the name of McKenzie. She apologized for the inconvenience and told me she would refund my registration fee and personal make sure she watch my case to ensure everything is complete. Well, it’s been another three weeks and I haven’t heard anything nor have I received a check. I live in Philadelphia and we are starting to close up due to the rising COVID-19 cases. My fear is that I will go into 2021 not having the vehicle inspected. In Philadelphia, your vehicle must be inspected yearly. This can affect my insurance or cause me problems with law enforcement. Or what happens if there is a major mechanical problem with the car and I wasn’t able to get the car inspected in a proper time after purchase. Can someone please look into my situation and please contact me with a resolution. Thank you More
I purchased my vehicle August 27, I am STILL WAITING on my plates! The temporary registration lapsed in October, they sent me another temp tag 30 DAYS later!! Really?!! It has been a nightmare and I have N my plates! The temporary registration lapsed in October, they sent me another temp tag 30 DAYS later!! Really?!! It has been a nightmare and I have NO IDEA when my plates are coming because according to customer service, there is no way to check the progress once everything is sent to their third party processing department that is in charge of the registrations. It was great! a few bumps with finalizing the purchase but it worked out. Then....I decided to take advantage of the 7-day return to swap to a car that was not smoked in. (it would be nice if you disclosed that upfront). From the date I informed a Carvana advocate to figuring out HOW to handle the 3 party financing swap, I spoke with no less than 6 separate advocates until someone finally contacted my lender and figured out how to transfer the financing to the new vehicle. NOTE: The online chat (Sebastian) is pretty much useless. at least 3 or 4 times I requested to get a text. I provided my number, received an identification code and waited for a text. Never happened. I received the swap vehicle on Sunday Nov 15. Delivery was great. I was surprised and disappointed that this car was not cleaned as the 1st car was. I called an advocate and Carvana is providing a $100.00 credit for me to have the car cleaned properly. Unfortunately for me, the detailing needed is over $200.00 2 days ago was my 7th day of the swapped vehicle. Kinda surprised that no one from Carvana reached out to me to see if I was good. Overall the front end of the experience was good. Your website works for looking for and choosing a car. Other then than, your connection to the buyer, the purchasing dashboard and end service need to serious review of process and adjustments. More

This was my first time using Carvana and the entire process was smooth until my car was dropped off. Carvana prides itself on making sure that each car goes thru a 150 point checklist. However, when I got my car the brakes were squealing like somebody was scratching a chalkboard and the sound wasn’t working for my radio, Bluetooth or Nav. I took it to a shop per Carvana’s warranty and they would not replace the inferior brake pads that were installed on a sports car with Bembro brakes. I tried talking to several different people to get this worked out because I did like the car and I didn’t want to return it. To no avail, Carvana refused to replace the brakes and I had to pay $350 dollars to replace pads on a used car that I didn’t even get to drive😡😡😡😡. More
Overall I had a very good experience. They offer a good selection of cars at extremely competitive prices. Two reasons for not giving the additional star. My credit report was locked when I first tried to apply for financing. After I unlocked it, their system wouldn't recognize it was unlocked. It took a whole afternoon for their IT department to fix. Also, the roof of our car got extremely scratched up in transport. They'll fix it - free - but I think there may be room for improvement in that area. Otherwise, it was a great experience and everyone I dealt with seemed honest and professional. I will definitely use them again if I have need for a used car. It's a great way to buy! More
