This is the same generic response I get from your "advocates" but (at the end of the day) my time is wasted because no progress is made in getting the issues resolved. Your company and your "advocates" simply do not care. Again, the simple solution is to assign someone to stay in communication with the customer until the issues are resolved. Provide a direct line or at least an email address that the customer can communicate to the assigned rep. I actually want this process to work but the current procedures are fruitless and certainly not "stress-free".
