Cons: The underwriting team did not generate the Retail Purchase Agreement within the order window, which is needed by our lender to generate the loan, and I received an email saying my order would be cancelled because the funds couldn’t be verified with the lender. Duh, you didn’t generate the RPA so they aren’t going to generate the loan. And we used a credit union that Carvana advertises as having a great relationship with but I still had to provide them with all of the information, including my specific loan officer's information. What's the point of the partnership then? The driver shows up the day of delivery and says we need proof of insurance coverage for 60 days. The email I received from Carvana said I would need to show proof of coverage for 45 days. Since our policy expires at the first of the year, we had 45 days of coverage but not 60. So we were not able to take possession of the car that day. When I called to ask why the email said 45 days when the rule in my state is 60 days, the response was 'well that's an automated email.' Ok... you guys really don't know that you can segment automated emails by state? I would get wildly different answers from one support rep to the next as to when the delivery could be scheduled, why the RPA wasn't issued, what info was outstanding, etc. There was never any effort to resolve the issue - it was immediately "so do you want to cancel the order?" I spent a lot of time researching cars, which is why I chose the car I did. Cancelling the order doesn't resolve anything. Overall, a pretty awful experience and I would rather purchase from a dealership. The last time I purchased from a dealership, I was in and out in 2 hours. Pros: the car itself is fantastic More
The prices are fantastic and the customer service is very friendly. Unfortunately, the process, while well documented on the website, does not align with its own directions, is not very organized and cus friendly. Often I would get direction from the text messaging program stating to upload documents only to find that the database and advocates were stating everything was in place. There were some worrysome moments when i thought the sale might not be complete despite full payment for the vehicle being ackowledged. Further, the delivery process was completely anonymous. There was no live person with which to speak and coordinate. Last, delivery instructions stated there would be a $50 visa gift card to cover the first wash since the vehicle will be delivered dirty. The card was not sent. Nor, was it sent after i called and told them it wasnt sent. In summary, the prices and attitudes are great. The process and logitics, need dramatic improvement. More

Easy transaction, no high pressure salesperson. The car was as delivered as described and delivered on time.
