This is for someone that knows exactly the car they want, if they know the trim, model, year, mileage and all little details, this is the best option, very easy to work with, delivery, finance, etc. if you a if they know the trim, model, year, mileage and all little details, this is the best option, very easy to work with, delivery, finance, etc. if you are not sure, probably is better to go to a dealer and then come back and buy it from Carvana, so you don't deal with the BS from a salesperson, I tried another dealership and they kept hidden the carfax until I did my own research, Carvana seems more transparent. This would have been the second car I purchased from the company. The first one was a great experience. This has been a horrible experience. I started yesterday, logged into my account found the car and sta company. The first one was a great experience. This has been a horrible experience. I started yesterday, logged into my account found the car and started the purchase process. I was good with the terms and signed the contract. Then 3 hours later all the terms changed. I tried to call and three hours later finally got a a hold of someone who was nice but after 30 minutes was told all he could do was submit a ticket. The next day I had to call again to see what the deal was and was told by another person that my case has been assigned to Sean in the executive response team but he was not available. I asked if he could return my call at 1 pm central time since i had meetings. He called at 11 am central in the middle of the meeting. I asked if he could call at 1 pm and he did not. I called again and he was no available I asked if he could all at 3 pm central and I had to call him. Once I got a hold of Sean he was rude and long story short said it was my fault the terms changed because went through the process with an old odometer reading and that once the underwriting team got my odometer photo they u[dated the terms. He said he was unable to change the terms and when I asked to speak with some one who was able to change the terms I was told that there was no one. I ask again to speak to some one and I was was given the run around. He said the only thing he was able to do was to take off the trade in and that I could sell it on my own to get the terms I wanted. I asked if we could compromise and meet in the middle on the trade in and I was told that they don't negotiate on trade ins and that a lot goes into determining the value yet it was the incorrect odometer reading that is determining the terms. So now I have to either accept their terms which will cost me a lot over time or I walk away after they have pulled my credit which impacts my score and have to start the process again. Either way I lose in this. More
