It was mostly a great experience. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. After delivery we discovered that the coolant cap was left off during what I imagine was routine maintenance and the w wanted at the price we wanted. After delivery we discovered that the coolant cap was left off during what I imagine was routine maintenance and the well was mostly dry. We luckily caught it before (we think) it caused any damage. We called your associates a few times, but they were nonplussed, pointed us to a shop, and told us to take a look if we're worried about damage. We were hoping for a little more attention to what could have caused the engine to seize/overheat as we drove it, but instead have another chore on our hands. Delivery was great. Service up to a point was also great. The followthrough was a number of phone calls to 3rd party services or associates that simply weren't sure how to proceed with our issue. More

The problem with Inflatpr kits is of the tire gets shredded the inflatpr kit does no good. I can’t return Vehicle now but I can definitely let others know to be prepared and insist that the spare Tire be installed before purchase. Very bad customer service and all the disclaimers well Might be legal still doesn’t make it right. This is. A major safety item and that is in addition to the wimchield rock chip that was not disclosed during purchase. Two major safety items that they don’t even follow their own checklist for. The 150 point checklist is a scam and is what they want it to be not whats legal, safe or even right. More

We even had a minor service concern during our first seven days and had the chance to experience the service warranty process. We were treated with respect, professionalism and decency at every turn. So, even though we are senior citizens, the Carvana process totally won us over. And our vehicle is great so far (aside from the issue referenced above). We are enjoying our vehicle so much already. When the COVID19 pandemic is over,, we hope for some road trips thanks to Carvana. More

Fast delivery. The car is nice. I did take it to the dealership to get it checked out and they found $3500 worth of repairs. The 90 day warranty covered it and it’s good to go now. Repairs took a month dealership to get it checked out and they found $3500 worth of repairs. The 90 day warranty covered it and it’s good to go now. Car was damaged by delivery, arrived 1 hour late. Had to take the car to repair facility that was 1 hour away for estimate. NOT HAPPY!!!
