Just like she said, we had an email the next morning with warranty info that Carvana had already taken care of. We’ve told all of our friends and family about our incredible experience with Carvana! I was buying this vehicle for the 21 year old beneficiary of a trust that I manage as an attorney. I love the fact that I could buy a car without getting out of my office chair. I realized that the first vehicle I purchased had lived in the northern US and thus had potential corrosion issues due to the use of salt and other chemicals to de-ice the roads. With a click of a mouse, I was able to cancel my first selection and in collaboration with the beneficiary, we were able to find another suitable vehicle.
