I was very happy with my financing terms and with the ease and convenience of buying online. I was a little disappointed that there were several cosmetic issues that were not pointed out in the listing a ease and convenience of buying online. It also had old wipers and was completely out of washer fluid. Perhaps the inspection criteria need to be adjusted to account for these items. The gentleman who delivered the car was friendly and helpful so the overall process was pleasant. More
i enjoyed the experience but my vehicle was not detailed and i had a light come on my dashboard about a front radar obstruction upon turning on my vehicle and driving out of the doorway where my car was exi and i had a light come on my dashboard about a front radar obstruction upon turning on my vehicle and driving out of the doorway where my car was exited from the vending machine. i took my vehicle to a mechanic in which they informed me they found broken glass under my hood where they believe my vehicle had the windshield replaced. with all these issues i was unaware of as well as cosmetic scratches not listed in the pictures of purchase More

Inventory is good, but you are just an algorithm. No customer service or support system that was responsive. There are 3rd party websites and blogs with outdated information that you can’t rely on, but customer service or support system that was responsive. There are 3rd party websites and blogs with outdated information that you can’t rely on, but Caravana’s own site won’t show up for that information and then they will tell you were the misunderstanding is in the contract, again with no real customer support. I spoke to “Sebastian” the chat robot that never worked right and never got me an “advocate”. It took 2 to 3 weeks to get my car. If a dealership in person has your car, don’t go with online purchasing as it is not there yet. For reference, I also own a Tesla that I also bought “online” and have that as a comparison point as I write this review. More
Terrible experience, the truck showed up with a dent and a scratch that were not previously not disclosed. This was my second time purchasing a car from Carvana. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. My delivery was delayed but I was informed of the reasons in detail. As someone who works in a hospital I am aware of the unique challenges we all are facing due to the pandemic. The car was just as expected. My delivery person Shannon was great. She even left a gift basket in the car to apologize for the previous delays. Everyone at Carvana was professional and honest which are rare qualities to find in car dealerships. Thank you so much! I had an overall great experience. The employee who brought the car was very good. My issues where the following... I received a call the morning of my scheduled pick up that my car hadn’t been prepp brought the car was very good. My issues where the following... I received a call the morning of my scheduled pick up that my car hadn’t been prepped the night before and would need to be cleaned and inspected pushing back the meeting time. This wasn’t a big deal and the employee was apologetic and offered to meet me closer to my home as I was driving about 45 minutes to meet within the delivery radius. Then, I was expecting to have automatic start feature as was advertised. However, it doesn’t seem to be the case and was a major reason for me choosing the vehicle. Overall, it will not prevent me from using your service again. Just would be helpful for future buyers to have a very accurate description of features and have cars prepped prior to delivery date.
