I finally got a truck after trying to buy three. The first two vehicles were found to have rust AFTER apparently going through the 150 point inspection. Both vehicles were actually taken off the Carvana first two vehicles were found to have rust AFTER apparently going through the 150 point inspection. Both vehicles were actually taken off the Carvana site and found unfit to sell . I wasn't informed of the problems until the delivery date on the first truck and 2 days before delivery on the second truck. The third truck was great, but the delivery hub found that it needed new brakes and a new calipers. They called me 30 minutes AFTER the delivery was supposed to begun to tell me this. Then they tried to delay my delivery by 3 days because they said that is how long it takes to replace brake pads, routers, and calipers! Totally untrue.. Once again this truck showed online that it had passed the 150 point inspection. Carvana has decided to give me a 275.00 check for compensation of their mistakes. So all I can say is don't count on your vehicle being delivered to you or on time! Great site, great prices, but very very poor inspection and delivery experience. More

Overall good experience. Car had issues immediately upon delivery but Carvana and Silver Rock stepped up pretty quickly. COVID kind of ruined the customer service portion. Call back times were 3 times the a delivery but Carvana and Silver Rock stepped up pretty quickly. COVID kind of ruined the customer service portion. Call back times were 3 times the amount estimated and I'm talking 30 mins turned into 1 1/2 hours. Times are tough however and I believe they are trying, that's all that really matters to me. You're buying a used car don't expect it to be brand new. More

He ended up finding an extra set of keys for the car a day later and went the extra mile by showing up to my house to drop them off. The only negative thing I would say is the requirement of proof of insurance. I know I am covered for 30 days under my insurance policy until I can add the car on there. But I was required to add the car on my policy before actually seeing it. Overall, good experience! Thank you! More
