I wouldn't quite rate the transaction as enjoyable. A lot of back and forth by email and phone. You cant call anyone back on a direct line. I like good customer Service and this wasn't it. The only bright lining here is that my daughter loves the car she got. More
The car buying process wasn't so bad, but the aftermath has been awful. I opted to have Carvana take care of my registration, because who wouldn't go for skipping the hassle. Turns out it is 2.5 months later and it still isn't taken care of. I called and asked what the xxxx was going on and they told me that the third party they use to do title had shut down for Covid in March. I called in September after making my purchase in August. Well thanks guys, would have been nice if you had let me know that when I purchased the vehicle. I'd be happy to up change my rating if Carvana would actually reach out to me about the status and help get this sorted out. More
Super easy and so convenient. Any questions that I've had were promptly answered. Financing, seeing the car's true state online (including minor chips, etc.) helped me avoid any surprises.
